  1. Please supports Traditional Chinese characters for PDF font for Payment Receipts.

    Currently, some traditional chinese characters are skipped. They can appear in the apps but when we want to print it or download in pdf, they are not showing. e.g. "邨" This word is very common in address but we can not print it out.

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    The PDF font plays a vital role in rendering the characters on the invoice PDF.
    Can you please try changing the PDF font to “AR PL New Sung” (as it supports Chinese characters) and check if the PDF shows up perfectly?

  3. Update recurring invoice item descriptions when I update an item.

    When updating an item description, it would be really nice if all future dated recurring invoices with that item were automatically updated with the new item description.

  5. Add tags to contacts

    In order to better manage clients from an invoicing point of view, it would be useful to be able to add tags to contacts and then sort them by editable tags.

  6. Recurring invoices

    Currently when we create a recurring invoice, we are required to create a recurring invoice name, which is a great idea. However, when the actual invoices are created, there is no reference to the recurring invoice name on the actual invoices. Which makes it a bit confusing.

    For example, one of our customers is paying for services for multiple users. I've created a recurring invoice for each user under his account and reference each user in the recurring invoice name. However, when he gets the invoices, he has no idea which invoice is associated with which user because there are…

  7. Search city and state using zip code of the cotnact

    ability to set up zip codes and they automatically bring up city and state when we select them upon entering a new client. 90% of my client base are new clients.

  12. Share contacts between organizations

    I'm just getting started with Zoho and it is nice... but one thing I noticed is that if I setup a new organization, I have to setup contacts for it separately. It would be better if existing contacts could be used by different organizations.

  14. Notes Section

    Would it be possible to have a notes section that only the business where the Estimate/Invoice is coming from can see?

    We would like to have a section to add multiple notes for our estimates/invoices.

  15. Standardize font editing options in templates.

    Invoice Template editor
    Some font sizes are set in the template for the item such as notes This is set in points e.g. 8 pt

    Some are set inline in the text editor such as bank details and this is set in pixels e.g. 10px. This means that you can't get to match your font sizes when adding bank details

    Also the bank details editor doesn't recognize carriage returns which ends up display a long line of text instead of showing the new lines. when viewed in the PDF.

  16. Ability to create packing list from multiple Invoices

    As a Production Manager with 40-80 Invoices (and deliveries) per week, I need to quickly create a daily packing list from 15-20 invoices so that we can load our delivery van with the correct amount of each product and get out on deliveries quickly and efficiently.

    Today, when we create our packing lists manually, we make mistakes that we don't discover until we're at our customer sites. To correct these mistake we have do a second delivery run which costs us time and money.

    1. Provision to input Distributor price and re seller price of a product
    2. Provision to issue Purchase order to Distributor against a Purchase order from the customer

    For service providers who do not have itemised sales, a template with description and price columns only, but without items, quantity or rate columns would be much tidier.

  20. Integrate with ESP's

    Add integrations with ESP's like mailchimp, sendgrid, campaign monitor, mailwithus,... with support for transactional mailing to the extent to support a fine grained custom email template.

    Put the heavy lifting of formatting and sending the mails at the ESP instead of Zoho and thus offer far better emails capabilities than currently supported in zoho
