If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Invoice, then you've reached the right place.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Automatic commission calculation on invoices based on individual products %

    Total commission calculation on each invoice should be automatic based on a predefined commission % of each product (since products could have different margins).

    In another instance, commissions could be different based on salesman or quota.

  4. Add RTL languages (Hebrew,Arabic) and CSS customization and translation tools

    Add possibility to translate all strings and in such way get additional languages by community. Also add a tool to customize CSS to adjust to RTL languages while translating.
    Add direction (rtl-ltr) button to all editors

  5. Add a Date column to Invoices

    I am a SEO and Website guy with multiple clients. When doing work for clients, I often do work different days of the week. I would like the client to be able see what I did on each day. Less important, but perhaps a good idea, it would be good to be able to run some sort of report against, what work was done on what day (or days) across all clients.

  6. Social media icons on invoices/quotes Template

    Social Media Icons on ALL templates (Invoices, Quotes, etc) with links integration! PLEASE!!!

  8. Option to choose recipients for Recurring invoice notification email

    If the Recurring Invoice preference is set as 'Create invoice as drafts', an email would be sent automatically to the organization admin whenever an invoice is generated from the Recurring Invoice profile. It would be nice to add recipients to this email.

  9. Integration with CoinPayments.net

    Payments with cryptocurrencies are faster with lower transaction costs. Zoho can take a lead in the integration of this into Invoices - I recently discovered CoinPayments.net and I believe its relatively easy to integrate their system into Zoho. Please consider this as a new feature.

  10. custom formula

    Add the possibility to calculate based on other field. Also feature like IF, ELSE , AND , OR would be great in order to do much more complex calculations. This would maken Invoicing much more advanced.

  11. Custom column field that is included in invoice formula

    For our audiovisual rental business this would allow us to include a "days" column so that the line item amount could be calculated like so: quantity x rate x number of days = line item amount.

    I'm sure there would a variety of different applications for other users too.

  14. Recurring retainer invoices

    I would like to be able to automatically bill customers weekly or monthly for a retainer fee, and then deduct items they purchase from the money they have paid in advance.

  17. Option to select discount type while creating invoice or estimate

    It would be nice is when you are creating a Estimate or invoice to have the option to select whether to discount at the item level or at the Totals level.

    Because you do have situations when you want to discount one particular item but not the other and its a pain that we have to go to setting and change the template for the one quote and then have to go back and change it back again.

    Its gone be nice if it would possible to send interactive estimate to client that permite him to have more choose with a diffrent price + some colone or option as desired.

    Estimate for byunig a PC :

    PC Tower
    Black + Fan 35$
    White + 2 Fans 55$

    RAM
    IF 4GB RAM 30$
    IF 8GB RAM 50$

    Hours work
    IF do this 15$ per hour
    IF do that 10$ per hour

    Warantie
    IF take this 1 year warranty
    IF take that 2 years warranty
