Chrome Extension Notes: ability to add notes after stopping timer
When using the Chrome extension to track time, the ability to add notes is only possible before you start the timer. You can also add a note after you stop a timer by going to the "Timesheet" tab and then editing your entry. However, this is cumbersome.
Adding notes prior to starting the timer is not ideal as you may not know ahead of time exactly what you are going to be working on, or how much of the task you will complete for the current time entry.
It would be more user-friendly if the user could add the notes…

Better, more integrated time tracking
Current time tracking features include logging time by duration or by start and end time, starting a timer to track duration, and stopping and resuming a timer. These things can all be done, to varying degrees and in different ways, on the website, in the Android and iOS apps, and via the "Zoho Invoice Timer" Chrome extension.
The current time tracking options are poorly integrated with one another, and some are lacking basic features. Let's take the Website as a baseline, and discuss the others from there.

Option to select multiple / all projects for invoicing
Create an option (Picklist) to select multiple / all projects for invoicing.
If you are working on several projects each month and you want to invoice all unbilled project times to a client for a certain period you currently have to pick each project one by one.

Allow Customer to Request Estimate
The customer should be able to request a quote directly in the portal with a large descriptive section and the ability to upload files. Then - the Estimate request could come to me and I could accept/decline the request with some text of my own. If Accepted - it simply becomes an Estimate and I can take it from there. If declined - the request goes back to the customer requesting more information or with my explanation of why I can't provide an estimate.

TDS deducted from Payments
Under the Indian Taxation System, The Client may deduct Tax on Source (Tax Deducted at Source- TDS) from my payments at a particular rate, the credit for such taxes are available to me at the year end when i m filing my taxes, a provision within each client to provide for TDS deduction and applying the deduction on all bills at a fixed % is a better method of presentation. once a client deductds TDS, he shall always deduct TDS from his payments to us

Draft invoice date automatically updated when sent
We often use draft invoices to keep track of ongoing work and then send the invoice once the work is complete, the problem is the invoice date is fixed at the date the invoice was created which can cause problems when the invoice becomes overdue earlier than it should.
Currently we have to remember to edit/change the date every time we send a draft invoice but I'd like the default to be today's date or at least have the option to specify this behaviour in settings.

Add logo of corresponding payment gateway to online payment form
the form where clients give their credit card data is very neutral (which is good). A logo of the corresponding payment gateway (e.g. stripe) would add trustworthiness to the payment form pop-up. Clients want to be sure this is not a fake form.

Increse Payment Button and Make a Payment Text Size
On the invoice, obviously the most important thing is for us to get paid. However, you porvide a TINY payment button and payment text, with NO options to change the font size or size of the button.
This is BAD as customers miss this. The payment option should be large enough to stand out and for customers to see it easily to make their payment. Again - payments are the most important part of invoices!!!!

Total sales report including "All Time" option for customization
Total sales report showing all sales performed (reported by date regardless of item, sales person or customer) along with a previously mentioned request of an "All Time" option for a date / range option would be beneficial.
