Surface comments, or icon showing outstanding comments, on invoice list screen. Make comments more prominent on invoice detail screen.
When we type comments on an invoice, it's because our team has questions, concerns, or other notes. We need to be able to look at our invoices and see where which need attention.

Condense Taxes into 1 Row
It would be great when using a Tax Group if the row at the bottom would just say "Taxes [10%]" and not list all the taxes out with their percentages. If we could have the option to do just 1 row and put all taxes on that but then break it down for OUR reports only.

Allow template-specific customer address formats
I work with both private individuals and companies and would like to use separate invoice templates for those groups. However, customer address formats currently only work across templates. I'd like to option to associate a customer address format to a template.

DEPOSIT DUE date and final due date on invoices
have the option to have two due dates on the invoice - due date for deposit ie today
and due date for remaining balance ie 2 weeks time.

Header details on all pages
All pages should have header details with logo and details of the organisation as well as inoivce number and date etc. The page number should also come in (No. out of No. of pages) format.
I have set organisation logo, names address etc in header field of the template, but still the second page does not have this information. No one can tell that the first and second page belong to the same invoice.3 votes -

Tracking Refunds With Their Invoices
I need to be able to see refund status when looking at the paid invoice. Even if it only says if it has been refunded or partially refunded, I'd get so much usefulness out of that, and for that information to be included in exports of invoices.

Add appendix to estimate and create one pdf
I often have additional notes and conditions that i'd like to share on a per proposal base. I don't like always that they are in seperate attachments. I'd like to see the following enhancement of the solution:
Adding attachments to an estimate and merging them to one PDF when client views estimate.
Providing this option to do this on a per estimate base would further enhance the solution.

Europe: link specific client to specific national TAXrates and Invoice Template
In Europe a company can act with several national Tax numbers in the different EU countries: French tax number for France, Dutch taxnumber for Netherlands, etx;
Due to the different tax regulations in the different EU countries it would be useful to link specific clients to specific taxrate and to a specific invoice template. For ex. french client linked to french Taxrates and to the invoice template for french clients3 votes -
Display applied Price list name/discount on the invoice
Currently, when using price lists to discount products for particular customers, they have no way of knowing/confirming/appreciating the gesture.
Please add an option to display the applied price list name/discount on the invoice so that the customer sees the fact that he received the discount.

Add a Payment Schedule to invoices
I'm offering my customers payment plans on their purchases for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. I would like to be able to create a single invoice with their total amount, and then a payment schedule so they can pay their invoice monthly for a specific amount (amount depends on their payment plan terms). This way they can keep track of their remaining balance and have the option to pay more at any time to pay their balance off early. I don't want to use recurring invoices because this would not be the best way to manage their purchase. The…

Show last 4-digits of the credit card number on a paid invoice
Where is says "Payment Made" as a line item on a paid invoice, have it show the credit card last 4 digits (if paid for by credit card)

EXPORT INVOICE option
Hello can we have an export invoice option as .csv or excel.
Currently only export is in ,pdf ie_ "Export as PDF"Ideal would be to select an invoice by the check boxes, under the "More" dropdown would be a selection to Export as .CVS" maybe right under "Export as PDF".

For Zoho invoice --- PM users should only be able to see projects to which they are assigned.
PM users should only be able to see projects to which they are assigned. This will be a challenge for any customers who have multiple project managers and do not wish for them to access projects they are not assigned to. Also, having a cost rate and bill rate would be helpful for billing purposes.

Customize Invoice Number Label and Order Number Label
Some fields are customizable, but other like Invoice Number and the Order Number aren't.

I would like to suggest semi-monthly repeat periods for re-occuring invoices. 1-15th and 16th through the end of the month.
The Repeat configuration for recurring invoices is pretty flexible except for Semi-monthly which is absent. This seems to be a fairly common billing scenario and I'm surprised it's not included yet. periods should be 1st-15th and 16th through the end of the month. Thanks!

Use a real chosen library for auto-suggestion
The current auto-suggest is pretty loose. You can't type a series of words and letters to find :
- a contact
- a productThe order of name has to be respected... This is cool but old and useless. Why not prefere some basic chosen library: https://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/ or vanilla like : http://devbridge.github.io/Vanilla-Autocomplete/ or

integrate chat in zoho invoice
It would be very helpful to integrate a chat in zoho invoice. We use all days zoho invoice in different terminals and internal communication is very necessary. I know Cliq exists, but we do not want to have many windows open. Thank you for your attention.
