We can have an option of categorizing items based on some criterias.
A customer has 25000 products, he needs to categorize them by category, sub-category and product.

It is never a bad idea to give . feature to categorize "stuff"
Please guys, make it happen, my invoice->items is messy and hard to read.

Organizations with a large number of products always categorize them into groups. In which case, sorting is done within the group. This is critical for us in order to manage our products for different purposes (reporting, update product description, change prices etc..)

Possibilité de créer des sous catégories de produits / articles… ou des familles de produits pour simplifier la liste quand on en a des centaines…

This idea should be extended to Expenses. We should have the option to bill expenses to clients by grouping expenses into category. By now expenses coming from Zoho expenses are added to the invoice item by item. For instance, if my team took 20 taxis, I will have to add 20 items to the invoice. This makes the invoice unnecessarily long. I think we should have the option to group expenses by category so we can have significantly less lines in the invoice

I have 250 items but i am adding more and more each week. with out categorizing them it will be a mission to find the time i am looking to invoice. if it was possible to make categories and sub categories, it would make it worth every dollar i have spent with your company.
