Allow rate changes after an invoice is created
It would be very helpful to be able to change rates for a project or staff after invoices have been created using that staff or within that project. Currently there is an error message which says that changing rates after invoices are created is not allowed.
It seems totally reasonable that a staff would have changes in their hourly rate from time to time. Also, I have projects that last as long as a year. I might have a project hourly rate at the start of the project, but may want to change that rate at some point mid project. Unfortunately, as it stands, I would have to create a totally new project.

Hi,
We would like to inform you that we have removed the restriction in changing the rate of the project after invoices have been created for the project. Please be noted that the timesheet reports will be generated based on the current rate set to project.
