  2. Add other fields into an scheduled report

    I have created a weekly scheduled Ageing summary report. However, I'd like to show additionnal columns (such as due date, PO #, etc.)

  3. Round up percentages in time to get paid report

    The "Time to get paid" report always ends up with tons of really long fractions that are unnecessary. Could you please round the numbers up to the nearest full percentage?

  4. uk tax year start 6th April rather then 1th April

    UK needs UK tax year start 6th rather then 1st April other wise this report function is not much good unless you go to custom view each time. I requested this before and was told it was being sorted but not been changed as yet

  5. Custom Timesheet reports & Add filter view to customer portal

    It would be very helpful to add search/filter fields to the Timesheet report. I need the notes section. I do not need Staff, logged hours, billable hours. I just need task list, dates and notes.

    All Timesheet view I would like to be able to view & hide columns. i do not want hours, billable, user, time, but I need notes. This view would be extreamly helpful in the Client portal as well as view only. The CRM allows for this filtering. It would be great to be able to add this to Invoice as well.

  7. Show total Logged Amount and Billable Amount on Project Summary

    I would really like to see totals for all clients/all projects on the Project Summary. It shows totals for Logged Hours but not Logged Amount.

    It would be great to see this on the dashboard as well. I like to keep tabs on how much money I've earned throughout the month until I finally do invoices at the end of the month.

  9. Report for Sales by State by Customer

    It would be extremely helpful if I could generate a Report of Sales by State using the Shipping address. With all the Sales Tax Changes at the state level I need to know my Sales in each state.

  10. Report of Unbilled Activity Only Per Customer

    I would love to get a report each month per customer of their unbilled activity (time I spent but did not charge for). I do this quite a bit unfortunately and I have to download each report monthly (which includes billed AND unbilled) just to see how much time I spent and what it would have cost them. I then manually add this report and type it into their bill each month so they can see the value in my time.

    It would save me so much time (and others I'm sure have this same problem) to be able to…

  11. Timesheet Details report should allow filter by "Billable" flag

    The Timesheet - Timesheet view allows filter by Status e.g. Status: Billable or Status: Non-Billable etc.

    However, the Timesheet Details report (Customize Report) does not have this filter which is very important when generating timesheets for billable and non-billable hours.

    Due to this missing filter, we're having to implement workarounds like having a Task called "Non-Billable" just for being able to isolate and generate Non-Billable hours reports separately from the Billable Hours (tasks which are implicitly designated as billable). Effectively, making the Billable flag redundant.

    Please fix this asap.

  12. Report Exporting Listed by Date

    Hi Guys, need to be able to export a report listed by date. Sorted by date and Invoice Number. With columns as Date/InvoiceNumber/Client/Amount/Description, other info, etc. This is the report we need exported for the business. I can't find a way to do that at the moment unless I'm just missing it? Thanks Guys!

    Enable the use of custom created invoice fields on Aging reports (at least in the detail Aging report)

    Under the Customize Report option - to be shown in the report and selected in the group by option

  14. Report for money taken in should show the sales tax

    When I open the report for the money I have actually taken in, I cannot see the sales tax. I also can't find an option to add those as a column. This makes it very difficult for me to actually use the report. Some of my clients do not have to pay sales tax, others do. So I need to see my "income" without taxes. At the moment, I need to fix my reports by hand before sending them to my tax accountant.

    I hope we can add the TIN Number of the Customers and vendors when generating the report in Sales and Purchase so we don't need to create an excel file for the reporting of our Sales and Purchases to our Bookkeeper for TAX Reports

  18. a column for item description on sales reports.

  19. Reports for: Sales -> Items -> incoming vs outgoing inventory

    Currently the sales reporting provides a calculated sum of how many of that item came into AND out of stock. So, sometimes the item sales report reflects negative numbers, even though we may actually sold several in that time frame. It reflects a negative because we had folks exchange/trade in said item for new products, and when we created a credit note for said item it "added" it to our inventory - whether the item was in resellable condition or not.

    It would be nice to see 2 data points for the sales on each item:

  20. trend report

    Create a trend report that shows the invoice amount history per customer over a period of time. That way we can identify spend habits or issues with customers that are invoiced in a regular basis.
