  1. Ability to have a "sandboxed" expense entry (similar to the isolated timesheet entry)

    Our subcontractors need to be able to enter expenses and add timesheet entries, but we don't want them to be able to see all of our corporate expenses.

    Is the ability to have a "sandboxed" expense entry (similar to the isolated timesheet entry) on your development path?

  3. Mark Invoice as Paid with Stamp

    Just like in QuickBooks when you mark a invoice as Paid the invoice get's a stamp "Paid" with the date when it was paid.

  4. Notes Section

    Would it be possible to have a notes section that only the business where the Estimate/Invoice is coming from can see?

    We would like to have a section to add multiple notes for our estimates/invoices.

  5. Customizable template for Work Order "Checklist"

    A template for a Work Order checklist where the customer's information it's automatically populated. The Administrator can customize a check list for the company's internal use with items like: Shipping address/costs included…etc. The sales person must complete this check list before submitting an approved estimate.

  8. Sorting Tax reports on booking date.

    Looks like the reports are sorted on item creating date.
    Sorting on booking date makes more sense when controlling the list

  11. mapping customers

    This idea comes from a competing invoicing system that allows to see where all our customers are based on the map represented by little red dots. Extremely helpful for marketing purposes.

  12. Auto Suggest (taken from your previous Tasks) you can easily edit when logging time into timesheets.

    Before i used Zoho I had used 'Paymo'. They had a very useful feature that Zoho does not.
    Whenever you type a 'New Task' as a timesheet entry it would be really good if an auto suggest kicked in. Auto suggest would pull from text from your own previous task entries. This saves you retyping project names and descriptions multiple times and allows you to reuse and easily edit previous task text instead.
    Auto suggest Example of previous typed task:
    "FILTER Wrapper Design PDF 1"

    Select it and easily edit the 1 to a 2 and submit
    "FILTER Wrapper Design…

  13. Printer friendly version of "contacts" in Zoho Invoice Please!!

    When I print off contacts and information sheets for my customers it is scattered, hard to read, and 2-3 pages long!! Please make an option for a printer friendly version so I can store a hard copy of all of my customer/contact info in with their files. Thanks.

  14. Job Booking Capabilities

    Add the ability to mark a quote/estimate as "Booked", with integration with either a Zoho or Google Calendar system to automatically add it into the Calendar - which then links the booked date to the quote/estimate accordingly.

  16. Create a recurring invoice from a sales oppertunity

    Convert an opportunity in to an invoice that can be billed every month. We are a SaaS provider and would like to make it easier for our accounts to make sure that new opportunities are not missed.

  17. To much space taking up in invoice when mixing Task and Items.

    To much space taking up in invoice when mixing Task and Items.

    When i make an invoice, which includes Items and Task
    The Task rows (top) takes up to many space below the task.
    After the ITEMS has been listed, there seems to be a lot of BLANK white wasted space, which leads to just a small piece of text over flowing to page 2.

    Is it possible to adjust the space between the last item on the row, so that you don't have so many wasted space below

  18. Share contacts between organizations

    I'm just getting started with Zoho and it is nice... but one thing I noticed is that if I setup a new organization, I have to setup contacts for it separately. It would be better if existing contacts could be used by different organizations.

  19. Add RTL languages (Hebrew,Arabic) and CSS customization and translation tools

    Add possibility to translate all strings and in such way get additional languages by community. Also add a tool to customize CSS to adjust to RTL languages while translating.
    Add direction (rtl-ltr) button to all editors

    Hello everyone,

    We are so glad to inform that we have provided the option of creating recurring invoices to projects in Zoho Invoice.

    Based on the set frequency, the system would automatically look for unbilled hours of the project and create invoices automatically.

    To make use of this, you can switch to the Timesheet tab, select a particular project and proceed with New transaction > Create Recurring Invoice.
