While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Hi, I love Zoho products. I post this feature: an overall cash flow report based on invoices, payments, expenses in a calendar way, to forecast day by day our money stock. Thanks in advance.

  3. Report on time between estimate and invoice

    It would be highly beneficial to me to be able to track how long the jobs take from estimate to invoicing as so that I can see which of my clients are the quicker decision makers and adjust future quotes for clients who take longer and require more adjustments and time spent. I am looking for a structure similar to the "time to pay" feature broken up into months so I can see at a glance who of my clients drag their feet and how new team members affect the time efficiency of the work completed.

  4. billing fax

    In zoho invoice Exports,
    Hi, Would you please add an additional data in exports from Zoho Invoices:
    Client Phone number and Cell Phone from Zoho CRM.

    Why ? Because in order to ship the client , we share his phone number with the shipping company.

  5. Additional report options

    I sale and create a lot of invoices with due dates 30-60 days out in one month. I need a report that will show me what I collected in payment for different items in one month. Currently it only gives you the total of each invoice but if I wanted a break down of how many program1's I collected payment on or how many Travel items I collected payment for in one month there isn't an option.
    This would allow me to compare my expenses to income for the month to make sure I am charging appropriately for certain items.

  9. Custom Timesheet reports & Add filter view to customer portal

    It would be very helpful to add search/filter fields to the Timesheet report. I need the notes section. I do not need Staff, logged hours, billable hours. I just need task list, dates and notes.

    All Timesheet view I would like to be able to view & hide columns. i do not want hours, billable, user, time, but I need notes. This view would be extreamly helpful in the Client portal as well as view only. The CRM allows for this filtering. It would be great to be able to add this to Invoice as well.

  13. Report for Sales by State by Customer

    It would be extremely helpful if I could generate a Report of Sales by State using the Shipping address. With all the Sales Tax Changes at the state level I need to know my Sales in each state.

  15. Ability to track customer activity

    We really need a report that can show which customers have not ordered since "x" date. This would help us identify which customers we need to reach out back out to in the hopes of securing another order and/or getting additional info to them. Please, please, please develop this!!!

    Enable the use of custom created invoice fields on Aging reports (at least in the detail Aging report)

  19. Report

    I hope we can add the TIN Number of the Customers and vendors when generating the report in Sales and Purchase so we don't need to create an excel file for the reporting of our Sales and Purchases to our Bookkeeper for TAX Reports

  20. Schedule multiple timesheet reports

    Currently, Zoho invoice does not allow to schedule more than one timesheet report per type & period range i.e detail/summary for daily/weekly/monthly.
    It would be great to have the ability to schedule a detail report weekly & monhtly.
