  1. Schedule multiple timesheet reports

    Currently, Zoho invoice does not allow to schedule more than one timesheet report per type & period range i.e detail/summary for daily/weekly/monthly.
    It would be great to have the ability to schedule a detail report weekly & monhtly.

  3. Inclure les avoirs dans les rapports

    Dans le rapport chiffre d'affaire par vendeur, il faudrait déduire les factures d'avoirs pour connaître le chiffre d'affaire réellement réalisé.

  6. Total sales report including "All Time" option for customization

    Total sales report showing all sales performed (reported by date regardless of item, sales person or customer) along with a previously mentioned request of an "All Time" option for a date / range option would be beneficial.

  9. Customize timesheet reports

    Customize the timesheet reports with our company logo, address and layout.

    As the report might be sent and view outside the company (e.g. to customers), it might be interesting to authorize the customization as it is possible for invoice and estimation.

  10. time entry report detailed

    1. Be able view see time entries on weekly bases, with additional filter to drill down by project, task or employee
    2. Be able to see the description of the time entry (currently its just a pop up when you hover over it.). This can be use used to send time report to client as email for their review and approval.

    We need Profit and Loss report by each project / customer.
    Not too complicated... Simply, "Sales - Expense by project or Customer" is good enough.

  14. Report on time between estimate and invoice

    It would be highly beneficial to me to be able to track how long the jobs take from estimate to invoicing as so that I can see which of my clients are the quicker decision makers and adjust future quotes for clients who take longer and require more adjustments and time spent. I am looking for a structure similar to the "time to pay" feature broken up into months so I can see at a glance who of my clients drag their feet and how new team members affect the time efficiency of the work completed.

  16. Ability to track customer activity

    We really need a report that can show which customers have not ordered since "x" date. This would help us identify which customers we need to reach out back out to in the hopes of securing another order and/or getting additional info to them. Please, please, please develop this!!!

  17. Profit and loss

    This is a must have report for any business. We need this ASAP. It doesn't have to be that detailed, it just needs to list income by category (sales), total expenses by category and an overall profit or loss calculation. It would also be great to have this included on the dashboard.

    Hello everyone,

    Zoho Invoice can help you generate the ‘Payments Received’ and ‘Expense details’ report but it doesn’t have the ability to generate a’ Profit and Loss’ report as such. However, you can easily do this with Zoho Books.

    Zoho Books is a single application that can help you with both invoicing and bookkeeping (and hence comes with P&L report). If you already have a Zoho Invoice organization, migrating to Zoho Books is such a breeze. You can refer this link to know the exact steps:

    Hi, I love Zoho products. I post this feature: an overall cash flow report based on invoices, payments, expenses in a calendar way, to forecast day by day our money stock. Thanks in advance.
