  1. Fonts

    I would like to have the ability to underline or bold or change the colour of the text on an invoice or estimate. I'm not talking about editing a template but actually underline or bold parts of an invoice that are important and should be read as such. Currently the only thing you can do to draw any attention to some important details or put any emphasis on is to CAPS all the text.

  2. .DOCX Customisable layout for Sales orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices etc

    instead of HTML option which is not very user friendly, have customisable .DOCX templates for all layouts like the competitor Xero.
    this uses merge fields and can be edited using MS Word for example - very easy to use and can get documents looking exactly like you want them rather than being restricted by the very basic templates in ZohoBooks

  3. Time entry should assume : when start/stop time entered, auto fill task when only one task on project.

    When entering time it would be helpful if the system could auto add the colon when using start and stop time format. Let me enter 0900 instead of 9:00. Stupid yes, but it would save time. Also, if the system could automatically select the task when there is only one task listed on a project that would be a big help as well. Both would eliminate unnecessary typing and clicks.

  4. Entering time for time tracking, budgeting, estimates or invoices all the same format

    Entering time for for timetracking is done via the "00:00" format. That is great. Entering time for an invoice or estimate, or when budgeting a task is done via the decimal format. This is confusing. I would like to be able to enter always via "00:00", or at least get the chance to choose between them.

  5. Comments in weekly time log

    All views for entering time allow comments except the weekly time view. For our business, this is the best view. It would be great to allow comments in this view.

  7. Coupon Codes/Tips Field

    It would be nice if my recurring clients could have the option to enter a coupon code or tip amount into their estimates/invoices which could change the total amount due. This feature would be a great way for many service based businesses to offer perks to loyal clients.

    My clients currently fill out an request quote form on my website (not zoo forms because its very limiting) which allows a coupon code but I have to enter it manually into zoho invoice. This also means that my recurring clients have to re-submit the form each time they want to use…

  8. Font & Format

    There needs to be a format and font feature like a word doc when creating new estimates and invoices. This is in the template feature but it needs to be dynamic and available for each individual invoice or estimate. Example, on my last invoice I wanted to highlight that the clients last invoice was over due but I have no way of highlighting it or bolding, underlining anything. Lame.

    “Is it possible to upload all my customer data to Zoho?”
    - Absolutely! You can import all your customer data into Zoho Invoice by uploading it in CSV/TSV/XLS formats. You can refer this help doc to know more about it:

    “Is it possible to connect my Zoho Invoice organization with Nexpart?”
    - Though there is no direct integration between these services, for invoice creation and other functionalities, you can make use of our REST APIs.

  11. Sync between multiple companies

    I have 2 companies that sales products to the same clients (but due to regulatory restrictions it is easier to have to separated companies when you come to this than having one that sells the 2 kind of products... go figure !). Is there a way to have a synchronised client list between those 2 companies ?

  13. Please supports Traditional Chinese characters for PDF font for Payment Receipts.

    Currently, some traditional chinese characters are skipped. They can appear in the apps but when we want to print it or download in pdf, they are not showing. e.g. "邨" This word is very common in address but we can not print it out.

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    The PDF font plays a vital role in rendering the characters on the invoice PDF.
    Can you please try changing the PDF font to “AR PL New Sung” (as it supports Chinese characters) and check if the PDF shows up perfectly?

  14. Setting of yearly/monthly income goals

  17. Add support for schema email markup

    Would love to see support for email markup via schema.org. Adding this gives an enhanced customer experience as Gmail displays actionable buttons inline in your inbox. In the instance of Zoho Invoice, these would ideally be Go-To actions.

    Adding a small button in the inbox next to the subject with the text 'View Invoice' which would take you directly to the invoice url without having to enter the email.

  18. Page number format "should" be in this format # of # e.g. (1 of 2 - 2 of 2)

    Dears,
    to protect businesses the number of pages should be not as it is already like. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 ....
    it should be 1 of 2 - 2 of 2
    where the estimate of invoice shows the actual number of pages for the estimates and invoices.

  19. Easy upgrade from mobile to standard subscription

    Am completely baffled why this is such a hard process. Am trying to do this currently however I have phoned and am still awaiting the email with directions. Have sent another email, and now the phones are not being answered. Very frustrating.

    We have recently rolled out an enhancement that can serve as a good workaround to your requirement.

    You can now print/email the customer statements of up to ‘25’ contacts in bulk.

    To try this out:
    - Navigate to the “Contacts” tab;
    - Select the contacts whose statements you need to print/email;
    - Set a date range (The transactions created within this date range will be included in the statement);
    - Go for the “Send customer statements” or “Print customer statements” option.
