  1. VAT on task items on invoice

    Currently on Zoho if you invoice for a project with itemised items you have to go through every item and change the dropdown to include VAT, this can be annoying when you have 20+ itemised items on the invoice, if you're VAT registered in the UK you charge VAT on eveything, there are only a few items that are VAT exempt, so it would make more sense for the default to be VAT charged and the drop down to be VAT exempt.

  2. Add a way to template invoice preferences for projects

    The majority of our projects are invoiced with the same fields.
    We have a project template that we clone.
    The cloned projects inherit the invoice preferences of the original.
    But - if you edit or rename the project after the initial clone, the invoice preferences re-set.
    It is annoying to have to constantly re-set the invoice preferences.
    If we could set our default preferences we would only need to deal with them occasionally

  3. Customer makes orders from his Client Portal

    As admin we can send and order to the customer to be accepted, Why the customer cannot make an order directly from his portail account

    Hi! we're having a problem printing our custom invoice and estimate templates. Having too much content in those templates to print only on "usLetter" format, I'm asking you to unlock the "usLegal" printing format at least for our personnalized custom templates. We"re a franchisor and we're about get our franchises to implement with your system after testing completed and meet our standard. Thanks

  5. block customers

    Give an option to block certain customers. For example make sure that sales can't enter an order for a customer that didn't pay his bills. Now you can put a customer on inactive but if you create an inactive customer as a new contact the system allows it (even if you uncheck the box for allowing duplicate contacts) and the order can be entered anyway without sales knowing that the customer is blocked.

  6. Bulk Add Expenses Add a project and Customer field. Or make it custom so I can add any field I want to.

    When adding Bulk Expenses, could you add a feature where you can select any field you would like to add or remove from this view. For example I require the entry of Customers and Projects which isn't currently available.

  8. Allow tasks to have due dates attached to them and then be able to show all tasks in a priority list (to-do list).

    Right now, we list projects and then have tasks within each project. When allocating resources, it would be helpful to have a bird's-eye view of what tasks need to be completed and when for all projects. But have this list not sorted by client or project, but rather as the due date -- (and have each task reference its project and client).

  10. Apply Available Retainer Fee to Invoice From Mobile App

    When you have collected a retainer for an estimate, then convert the estimate to an invoice, you apply the retainer to the converted invoice. You cannot currently do this from the mobile app. Its a core functionality for those using retainer invoices (which is currently automatically created when the customer accepts the estimate).

  11. Automatically populate default tax code for purchase orders

    When creating purchase order lines the tax code should automatically populate from the default tax code if the item is taxable. It is very time consuming to enter a tax code on every line of a purchase order.

  12. Timesheet report on monthly basis

    Would be great to generated reports on a monthly calendar basis where all days of the months are listed even the days for which no timesheet entry is available.

  13. Referrals

    Hello Team,

    I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

  14. Add bank reconciliation report to help CPA fix transactions in credit card accounts

    I am helping a client reconcile expense and credit card transactions that were manually entered in initial year working with Zoho. There are many duplicates and uncleared amounts. Credit card statements are 3 pages long. It would be really helpful if I can print a Zoho report of cleared transactions to compare to the credit card statement. It would be much less tedious to find duplicates and missing items.

  15. Implement organization of line items when combining multiple POs to a single invoice.

    It would be super helpful if there was an organization system implemented for invoices that are generated from multiple Purchase Orders. I create invoices to pay my vendors for multiple POs at once, but the line items just scatter randomly when I combine the POs on the invoice. I need the line items to remain together, preferably with the PO #s intact as well. I can rearrange the line items manually, but this takes forever when I'm grouping several POs, each containing multiple line items.

  17. Carry delivery address over from SO to invoice.

    Multiple delivery addresses are a great improvement but would be even better if the alternate delivery address that is selected on the SO is carried over to the invoice created from the SO.
    As it stands Zoho is changing the delivery address to the default (billing address) when the invoice is generated which can result in the goods being sent to the wrong address.

  18. Estimates Section

    In the Estimate Section , I would like to have the status update when its converted to Sales Order " From accepted to Converted to sales order"

    Please do the needful as we are getting confused which estimate is accepted but doesnt convert to sales order.

    We have it in the activity history but we would like to see in the estimation status itself before opening it.

  19. We are trying to replace tally with zohobooks but its just not happening. Zohobooks is far too backword and is just not compliant

    We are continousely raising queries with zoho team but no solutions are being found for us. Instead of listening to genuine requirements of customers that can help the development of the product further all they say is its not possible. I know Zoho's cream market is USA but if you are going to service customers and get them to move from tally the least you should do is listen to them and modify your product accordingly. Very disappointed with attitude.
