  3. @mention other users in comments on SO, INV, PO etc

    Id like to have a function where we can @mention other users on transactions so that they can be informed of relevant changes made to transaction. Example if there is a backlog on a PO, a user can be notified directly within zoho books / finance / inventory (should all be the same since it can sync).

    There are a ton of use cases where this collaboration would be helpful

  4. Templates

    I'd like to have templates for any transaction. For example, my credit card payment gateway deposits money into my account every day, except weekends and holidays. Instead of entering the dollar amount, account, category, etc...manually, every day, I'd like to open the template, set the amount and click save. Done. No invoice. No hassle.

  5. Ingrate with CollBox or another Collection agency company

    Intergate Books and or invoice with a collection agency platform. Preferrablly Collbox to send invoices past due by a certain number of days over to their system to be collected by the outside collection agency.

  6. REMARKS different colour option

    Remarks for internal message is a great idea however as the text colour is only black, it is blent with other contact details. It would be great if we could choose text colour even just with red to begin with.

  8. Estimate Reference on Sales Order and Invoice

    When an estimate is converted the Estimate Reference is not included. The quote number is shown, I find myself having to enter a sales order to check what this is related to. If we have similar projects for the same customer I have to look up the estimate.

    I would like for the Estimate Reference to be included in brackets alongside the the Estimate number, the same for the Invoice.

  10. Task wise Cost budgeting, allocation and tracking

    In case of a project where Budgets are decided based on the Tasks to be done, while creating a task an option is to be provided to update budget of such task and while booking the expenses, it should be allowed to map such task to know the amount spent till date and amount to be spent to arrive at the correct forecast about project profits.

  12. Give our accountants access to access and manage books for us without charging us an extra user fee. Quickbooks and TurboTax both do this.

    Why do I have to pay for another full subscription to Zoho One just to let my accountant access my books. Quickbooks and TurboTax both allow accountants to access for free. Zoho should too.

  13. Invoice row height adjustable

    Currently the height of rows in invoices is fixed and can not be changed and this might leave a lot of white space in the invoice,
    I suggest that height of rows should be made flexible and the user should have the ability to put max and min values

  14. Create a report that shows total dollar value billed by employee, with the option to run based on date or based on project.

    Please create a report to allow us to see total dollar value billed to clients by employee/user, both on a time basis with no specific project (I.E., per year, per month, etc), and on a per project basis.

    I HAVE ONE VENDOR OPERATING FROM VARIOUS STATES , I AM PLACING ONE SINGLE PURCHASE ORDER , HE IS SUPPLYING FROM 4 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ,NOW I HAVE TO RECORD MY PARTIAL PAYMENTS TO THE BILLS FROM 4 DIFFRENT LOCATIONS. PLEASE HELP ME TO MANAGE WITH THAT

  18. Invoice/Payment Received/Bank Statement Import Log

    When we migrating data to a new platform, we somehow missed some things and need to re-calibrate the imported files. Import log with batch delete/overwrite feature will save most of our time than current feature.

  19. Payment record Approval

    When a customer Pays his invoice either by Cash/Bank/NEFT
    The staff person records the payment.
    We wish if there was an option for approving this payment by Admin or other staff. By this process the mistake/fraud of recording payment reduces.

  20. Allow association of specific income account with individual project tasks.

    We track our income on a more granular level than "sales." However, we must manually adjust the associated income account for each line item in an invoice (because we itemize individual days of work). It would be nice if, when a project is created, individual tasks could be pre-associated with income accounts. "Sales" would presumably be the default, as many organizations most likely do collect all income under this account. For those that do not, such as ours, this would mean that we would have fewer steps to handle bookkeeping when we submit invoices.
