  1. make liability accounts visible in the banking view, not just chart of accounts

    These are only visible in the chart of accounts and it's unclear how to enter transactions as instructed here....

  2. Under footer, I suggest you have 2 lines of labels. So we can for example, enter "sign of consignor" as well as " sign of consignee"

  3. Ability to Choose an Accounts Payable Person who is different thant the main contact in CRM

    Currently in Books all invoices go to the main contact in the account. That person may not be the right person for invoices to go to. We need the ability to choose another person in that company as the default Accounts Payable person. Currently this is a manual process and we have to remember to check the correct AP person for any accounts that have people in different roles. Please consider this seriously as it is something that should be automatable to prevent user errors...

  4. Add a customer or a vendor from the Bank Overview when you are entering transactions

    Add, delete or rename Customers and Vendors on the fly from the Bank Overview.

    In fact from anywhere. You never want to have to leave one screen to go back so you can add or delete or amend another related transaction base.

  7. shortcut to go directly to page in bank

    if i have total 10 pages; instead of next button, there should be numbering of pages, so that we can go directly to the page we want to refer.

    Please allow users / admins to delete only mail account not to close the complete account, user / admin can create mail account by mistake, then he should have option to delete the same, it should not happen that he can't

  11. How to unlock an account to make an adjustment - such as sales tax.?

    I need to adjust my sales tax payable account. However, it cannot be done from the original entry made or a journal entry. I had to create a dummy contra account to correct this. Most frustrating!

  12. Option to view other attached documents in document preview

    Currently when viewing attached documents on any transaction we have to select the document we want to see, the preview opens and displays the document, at the top of the preview it tells us which document number of multiple documents we are previewing (i.e. 2 of 4), to view next document we have to get out of the preview and select the next document.

    Can we have an option to view next or previous document at the top of the preview so we don't have to get out each time to view other documents?

  13. Have text boxes for ship to and bill to name/address

    We have multiple contacts and locations for one customer. We want to be able to change the contact name, ship to and bill to address right from the Estimate. Can you please respond and let me know if/when this can be resolved

  14. custom field - data type 'dropdown' : sort alphabetically

    New custom field -> data type 'dropdown' : option to sort alphabetically.
    Now I have to make the dropdown options manually alphabetical.
    Please add this option.

  15. In invoicing the item date should automatically update as the items are being listed.

    The delivery date column should automatically change to the date I am creating the invoice. Each item entered after that, the date should automatically be updated to the date entered for the first item. Currently the date that appears is the date the item was created and I have to move forward months to get to the right date for each item. This is easy to miss.

  16. Print a packing slip from a sales order

    We deliver many goods. Our office creates a sales order then delivers the goods to the customer. We need the ability to print a packing slip (from the sales order) and send it along with our drivers when delivering the products. Once the drivers return, we would send an invoice.

  17. Dashboard edit option in roles

    Zoho book should provide the edit option in dashboard so admin can decide who will see the dash board. my staff member who is creating estimates who can see my all the sale purchase and reports and all why so...

  18. Hello, I would like to have the option in the CF fields drop down, to change the ranking of the options

    I'm using dropdown to indicate the VAT period, and would like to slide the past periods to the bottom of the drop down, so the current comes first at data entry time

  20. The total amount should always be visible even if you scroll up a long invoice.

    When working with long invoices it would be very helpful to be able to see the invoice total amount at all times —even if you scroll back up the page.

    I often go back and make adjustments to line items. I would like to be able to see the change to the total amount as it happens. This would give me an idea of the difference a change makes to the total.
