  1. Editable & Customizable Terms & Conditions and Customer Notes for each Template Designs

    I have one suggestion related to Template Designs in general....Terms & Conditions and Customer Notes should be editable and added to each templates separately, because as per the current situation, we are forced to edit these two information in every different product we bill/quote, as some Terms and Notes will be different in some products, instead we can design and save template for each product/ service category so that, it will be easier to create invoices/estimates in seconds. This feature is missing from the present Template Design. Please contact me incase you need more clarification.

  4. add vehicle asset tracking.

    In most of our organizations, there would be few vehicles which are run for business purposes / leased for business purposes. It is necessary to keep track of these and ensure periodic maintenance and proper monitoring. So the ability to add upto five vehicles with registration number would be great. So the entries under this would be
    1) Periodical mileage(km/miles run) update with date
    2) Expenses for fuel/service - link to bank/petty cash, driver DA/TA
    3) Preset service intervals ( eg: every 10000 kms/ 3 months from last service) etc

  5. Estimate "email to" contact name in email template

    We can change which customer contact an estimate gets emailed to. Some things nice would be the ability to have the %CustomerName% place holder be the contact name on the email templates. Example: 'm emailing "X Company". The main primary contact for X Company is "Jan Doe". I want to send an estimate for x company to secondary contact "John Doe".

    To make "John" so on the estimate email template, the text has to be manually changed. (Unless overlooking the needed place holder to make this happen.)

  6. Include Waybills

    It would be nice to have the option for a waybill in the case that you deliver some products to a customer, you have the option of issue a delivery note but it takes all the itmes and all the quantities from an ivoice

  8. Display the total value of discount give at the end

    After applying the discount at the transactional level. The total discount given should be displayed at the bottom and then the taxes have to be calculated on the discounted prices.

  11. Add reporting timeframe for calendar year as well as fiscal year

    In my country payroll related reports must be calculated based on the calendar year (ending December) even though the fiscal year is different. It would be helpful for reports to have options to set the timeframe to the current and previous calendar year, for cases where those do not match the fiscal year.

  14. Bank Reconciliation Reports - Cleared and Uncleared Checks

    It would be useful if Zoho has:
    1. Ability to print Bank recs report both for cleared and uncleared checks for certain period.
    2. Ability to print report from Advanced Search under banking cor certain period with a mark of Cleared transaction and Uncleared transactions

  15. To know the purchase rate while invoicing

    My customers are always in a hurry and while invoicing they need to know the item price [we have 2000+ items] and we have different pricing for each customer, so we need to check the item purchase price to convince the customers in the invoicing page.

  16. Prior year sales tax liability transition

    You need to allow the entry of an opening balance in the Sales Tax Payable account. This will allow the user to enter the payment in the current period for the prior period. Entering the history to build up to that number is a tedious/inefficient task.

  18. Ability to Read Emails Sent From Within Zoho Books

    We are able to send via email invoices, estimates and also stand-alone emails from within Zoho Books. However, there is no way to read the content of those emails once they have been sent. As far as I know, they also do not appear under individual Accounts in Zoho CRM. Apparently there is integration with GMail and Outlook Live but I use neither of them.   19. Inventory Adjustment Bulk Update

    In zoho books accountant section, Bulk update is not covered inventory adjustment.It must be inclueded in bulk update.

  20. Write checks outside of bill pay. This a pretty annoying over site. Very important for tracking

    This is a common part of running a business and should be more streamlined.
