Please integrate the NMI gateway company so I can process payments through zoho.
I use NMI gateway but I dont see it as an option. It is very important to our company this is added so we can continue business. Thank you

Complete Opencart Zoho Integration -
Right now we don't have OpenCart integration available, we need to use Zoho API's and implement integrations.
I have seen an OpenCart extension in OpenCart store for integrating Zoho Apps with OPenCart.
This looks good reviews and developer is responding good. It would be great if the integration comes from Zoho, then it will be more authentic. Another thing is it is 159$, little expensive for a startup like us. I now I started using Zoho Books which I paid around 36$ but for integrating only Zoho Books with OpenCart the extension costs 59$…

All Customer and Vendor Statement print from single button only
Our CA asks all the transactions (Statements)Customer wise and Vendor Wise. It is not possible to open each contact and print or download the statement. there should be a single button from where we can print or download statement of all the contact of a specified period.

Integration with Veem for $1 Bank Payments
I realize there's 100's of other requests for transaction integrations. But in my opinion, Veem is a pretty good one for customer payments.
It's only $1 US or International to transfer money between banks. It'd be nice if Zoho could have Veem generate a custom payment URL that gets placed on each invoice.
We don't like to take CC payment because of extra fees, and customers don't like to pay with checks because of hassle. This seems to take care of both of those issues so everyone is happy.

Ability to print Refund Cheques
In order to issue a refund to a customer currently Zoho advises to follow:

The credit note gets created and marked as paid. However there is no option to print a cheque for this refund to be processed. The refund to be issued is via a cheque.
I would like this option to be added.

Credit Limit - Bureau Account Integrations
Now that the Customer Client Limits feature is available our workflows need a way for our Accounting team to make credit limit decisions. Other platforms integrate with credit bureau accounts to run credit reports. Even just one bureau would help streamline things and remove a double entry of data. Simplifies business processes and reduces the manual entry. Similar to the Checkr integration in Zoho Recruit it would be a function you can run inside Zoho Books that would then tie the report to the customer account. The data from the report could then be used to make a credit limit…

Add customer mobile number to aging summary list / display
Practical way of payment follow up is to print the overdue outstanding list and follow up with customer or to download to excel sheet and following up in their own ways. While doing so, we have to go through an big exercise of picking up the customers mobile or contact number from the contact list, instead if Zoho could able to link the mobile number of the customer while excel download or on the display if could be more useful and simplified while payment follow up.

TDS appearing through manual journals
The TDS Summary report capturing TDS sections is a welcome improvement. But what about TDS appearing through manual journals, eg., TDS on salaries, TDS on unsecured loans. We capture these entries through manual journals in Zoho Books. But the TDS summary report does not reflect the TDS liability through these entries. This makes use of the TDS report incomplete. Would appreciate if you could address this issue.

In templates don't insert page break in the middle of line item descriptions
Our line items' descriptions often have several rows with text and when viewing the estimate/sales order/invoice as pdf the page break doesn't take line items in consideration, the page can break in the middle of a line item which makes it very hard to read. Please have the automated page break take line items in consideration and break the page either before or after a line item's description.

Customer wise item name
There should be an option where part code of customer could be printed along with the item name and description. For example, item name QQQ from our company could be billed as KKK to customer X and the same item could be billed as HHH to customer Y.

Configure multi-level approval with specific approvers for Sales Approval.
It will help people to create a checker in between maker and approver of the transaction for Sales. which help to avoid errors while recording the transaction.

Give the option to round off the sales tax liability
When we report sales tax with our state, the state has us round off all of our numbers. Such as Gross Sales = $45,650.13 would become $45,650.00. Our Exempt Sales = $9,235.55 would become $9,236.00.
When we apply a tax payment in ZOHO, we always have to apply an adjustment for the rounding difference.
Having the option to run the liability report rounded or not would be appreciated.

Full ZohoBooks and Xero integration. I have to use Zapier at the moment. This is silly as the Discounts don't pull through, so we overstate revenue in Xero

comparison for custom dates on profit loss
we want to be able to define custom dates, then compare those dates to previous year. as the system is now, you can only compare to previous years or periods when using the last month, last year, last quarter, year to date options.
