Balance Sheet Comparison (It's a Must for UK's Annual Accounts)
Same as Quickbooks have and is much more important than classic Balance Sheet. Even UK's Annual Accounts needs this type Balance Sheet Comparison ONLY. So Quickbooks offer them as 1st option in reports! In Zoho - missing completely.
Including lines:
- Fixed and Current Assets
- Creditors: amounts falling due within one year
- Net Current Assets (Liabilities)
- Total Assets less Current Liabilities
- Creditors: amounts falling due after more then one year
- Net Assets

Field Visibility in Templates
Currently the ability to control field's visibility in templates is spreaded between the "Show on all PDF's" in customized fields and the template.
Not only this is inconsistent, it limits the ability of hiding/exposing the field on some templates.
Please move the visibility control of all fields into the template preferences so users can choose which fields they want to show/hide in each template

Vendor Contacts Sync Between Books and CRM
Currently Vendor Contacts do not sync between Books and CRM - only the vendor itself.
We have many vendors with multiple contacts; however the additional contacts do not get pushed back to CRM.
Please fix this to be the same as the customer sync. All vendor's contacts should be synced with CRM contacts

Collector insurance VS “regular” insurance
I’m shopping coverage for insurance, what do you guys think is better? I’m considering between a collectors insurance like American Collectors and something more traditional like Amica.
They both have their pros and cons, AC is agreed value insurance and is a bit cheaper but has a yearly mileage limit. While Amica is not agreed value but has no limits on mileage or useage what so ever. Anybody have any experience with collectors insurance? What did you choose and why?1 vote -

allow excluding individual invoices from automated invoice reminders.
We would like to turn on automated Invoice Reminders, but there are certain invoices that we do not want to be included in the automation. Could there be a feature whereby you can go to an individual invoice and exclude it from the automation? For the vast majority of invoices, the current system is great, but about a quarter of invoices we don't want to reminders to be sent.

ITEMS: further options to manage creating and editting items for staff
Limit Create permission. Current options: View, Create/Edit or Either of those two choices but need more options: either approval when new Item are created by staff or allow edit to untic create or untic edit. We need to manage the abundance of items being created by staff.

Allow vendors to create an invoice from the portal
Vendors should be able to create an invoice in the vendor portal that can be accepted or rejected. If the invoice is created by the vendor, it will reduce administrative workload for both parties and allow for quicker billing cycles.
