To add boolean search while searching of items listed in the material master
Like when we search in google, entering a particular word should list the items containing that particular word. Currently we have to enter the first word, in order to find the right material, in case if the word is listed in third place, then it is not listed in the selection list. Kindly add this feature.

adding multi items to Estimates when i select one item

Better contact search
It would be very helpful if you could search three fields when using the quick search feature. I would like to be able to enter a name in the quick search field and have it check the contact name, email address and company name fields. It seems to currently only search the email and contact display name.

Allow .xlsm files to be attached to invoices
Our company produces fairly complex work statements that rely on macros & scripts to produce final prices. The invoice from Zoho is a simple "final dollar amount" which is described in detail in the work statement which is attached to the invoices. Because of the macros I must save from Excel in the .xlsm format. Zoho allows .xls attachments but prevents attaching .xlsm files. Please remove this filter - it forces me to resave each work statement as a quasi-duplicate file.

the option to create estimates directly from selected inventory items
would be cool to have an option to convert the selected items of inventory list directly to an estimate or invoice. just like the online stores do, you select what you want then create an invoice/estimate from that selection.

Add Complete Status on Purchase Orders
I would like to be able to have a Complete status option on purchase orders so once an order is complete they do not show up on a report.
I also need to have the ability to run a report of Purchase orders that shows multiple statuses (open, partially billed, etc.).

Zoho books Calendar intergration
One feature of Sales and ordering software sadly lacking is a dedicated calendar integration feature. This would be driven by the Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Invoice components, so a diagrammatic representation of customers orders could be viewed and moved around easily.
On any day you could see fields like

Comments and History feature
In Books, the new comments and History feature is not helping the Finance Team process. Its hard for us to track the EPD notes . Its quite difficult to search and find the comments from all the auto reminder notifications.. Pls consider going back to the Classic look. Thank you.

enable the option to seach invoces or contacts without accents, like "corrección" ("correction" in english).

add vacation tracking so that an employee knows how many hours he/she has left
Right now, we have to go to HR who has to log in and get a report to see how much time a person has left for vacation hours. This is time consuming, and not always immediately available. Would be nice to see for an employee to be able to get a report of how many vacation hours they gave left.
