  3. allow to adjust single payment to multiple client

    Kindly enable an option to allocate a single payment to multiple clients. For e.g., there are different branches in different states of a single client. Invoices are issued on the bases of GST registration however single payment is received from the head office for all the invoices. At present there is not option to allocate the such type of payments.

  4. Can they scan the tickets off the phone?

    I know it says they must be printed but I just went to print them and my ink cartridge is empty. Bah!

  5. I have discussed with Zoho Support Agent and found that in zoho books comments section we cant tag to any user.

  8. Add date placeholders (merge fields) to email templates

    Adding month, day and other "date math" such as %(MONTH-1)% to all email templates would reduce manual typing -- especially when creating invoices. You already have this concept for recurring invoices (see https://www.zoho.com/us/books/kb/invoices/add-date-recurring-invoice.html ). Make these date placeholders available to be used in all email templates please.

  9. Game like Sailx?

    Looking for a 2D desktop sailing game, much like SailX but against bots with a few different dinghies to choose from & wind shifts etc. I think a few different courses/venues, maybe modeled off real bays. Played on my dad's comp around 2008ish?

  12. Can I get my earnest deposit back?

    I was in the process of purchasing a new build home from Richmond American. In the 8 months between the time of purchase and the building process interest rates rose 3% and my loan application was declined by their lender a month before closing. I have the documentation from my loan officer citing insufficient income for the loan amount. However, they kept my original earnest deposit of 4k citing that since I was pre-qualified by them at the beginning of the sales process that they were within their rights to keep the money (there was a 10k incentive at closing…

  13. I want a trend line report where I can see trend of my finances on monthly basis and it should be downloadable

    Presentation of Finance data in Trendline with month/year as baseline. this will show up how the business is going in one dashboard.
    example - Sales Vs expenses, Income Vs Taxes paid, Comparative trend line of business for customers so that I can see which month the particular customer business picks up or goes down

  15. Warehouse options

    I would like to be able to select a certain warehouse when I am making a quotation so that I can easily see which warehouse has which stock.

    I would want this because for our sales we use a warehouse based on the location of on of our costumers.

  16. Tag unbilled timesheets to bulk imported invoices

    I imported the invoices of all the projects easily through bulk import, with actual hours worked in the quantity tab, but the timesheets are still tagged as unbilled... If I want to manually mark as unbilled, then under the tag of invoiced, it is shown as manually invoiced instead of the invoice number

  19. Direct allocation of items to customer

    Be able to allocate items to a customer from the items screen. So that when a new sales order or invoice is created, the allocated items that have not been billed are indicated and can be selected.

    Similar to when a bill is created and item is allocated to a customer.

  20. Making Bar code More Useful !!

    For Mobile

    When A Barcode is scanned and matches exactly with the SKU, the item should be auto inserted in the invoice with a quantity(Predefined by the user for each SKU, putting 1 will be hassel for many businesses) Instead of having to click on the displayed item like it is now.
    (quantity increases if the same barcode is scanned multiple times)

    Also add a button same as on regular hand held scanner to refresh the reader and the BarCodeReader should be ready for another barcodeScanning.(will be really helpful if this can be done with volume up or down buttons)
