  2. Access to consultants / outside organization

    We have external consultants works for us to maintain accounts and audit. We do not have the feature to invite them here in Zoho Books. If the feature is enabled the purpose of subscribing zoho books will be resolved.

  3. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT

    WE HAVE ACTIVATED INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT IN OUR RAZORPAY ACCOUNT. HOWEVER THE ZOHO INVOICES FOR USD INVOICES IS NOT SUGGESTING A PAYMENT LINK.
    WE HAVE INTEGRATED WITH RAZORPAY AND IT WORLS WELL FOR DOMESTIC INVOICES.

  4. Create and lodge Company Tax Return to Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

    Many small companies prepare their own accounts and use Zoho Books - next step after producing P&L, BS, Cash Flow, BAS (Zoho reports) is to submit Company Tax Return to the Australian Taxation Office. A tax return is relatively easy for small businesses (e.g. assets, liabilities totals and COS/expenses) but you need to either use another accounting system which has SBR (Standard Business Reporting) functionality with machine credentials into the ATO or fill in the PDF (paper) version of the return.

  5. Multiple contact names placeholders for invoice reminder email template

    Books allows me to select multiple contacts for an invoice at the bottom of the Edit Invoice page, but for the reminder email template, I can only add a placeholder for the first name of one customer. For example, I can have the reminder sent to multiple emails, but can only say "Dear %FirstName%..." I would like to say "Dear %FirstNameContact1%, %FirstNameContact2%, %FirstNameContact3%, etc"

  7. Custom Status for Zoho Inventory/Books Purchase Orders

    We are an E-Commerce business, and Supply chain management has become very critical to us. Right now, in the Sales Order module, we can customize Statuses such as "Draft," "Initiated," etc. It would be super helpful if similar Status customization is also made available in the Purchase Orders module.

    For example, a typical Purchase Order could go through following stages in our Organization.

    Draft
    Issued
    Approved
    Pending Inspection
    Billed
    Paid
    Shipped
    Received

    I hope it is not a very difficult feature to implement, and I look forward to discussing further if needed.

  9. credit note for post sale discount should not effect inventory

    I am issuing Credit note with reason Post Sale Discount, discount need to be given on item sold not returned for a certain percentage.

    1- Discount percentage should be considered on rate of item
    2- Quantity sold which was reduced earlier should not be increased due to discount

  10. Allow the creation of checks that aren't connected to bills or vendors. We need to create standalone checks without any transactions.

    Allow the creation of checks that aren't connected to bills or vendors or any other transactions. This would allow me to print a check for standalone payments or even to be able to print a check to refund a customer. This may ruin our transition to Zoho Books completely.

  11. Add a flag/check box/book mark to transactions so that one can come back at a later stage to examine them

    At times I will find a transaction that needs me to follow up on at a later stage. In order to be able to find this specific transaction quickly it would be great to be able to flag this. At the moment I cant seem to find a way to do this.

  14. i need two new currencies please - ZAR (south african rand) + Mauritius Rupee (MUR)

    perhaps this just needs to be added by the administrators
    anyhow i have a USD based company and require the currencies ZAR & MUR for invoicing etc

  16. Add indication in the Zoho browser tab when timer is active

    It's easy to forget to stop the timer after you complete a task. This makes it difficult to accurately bill clients for time spent. Anything that can help prevent this would be useful. My idea is to have some kind of indicator in the browser tab that the timer is running (similar to the audio indicator when a website has audio). This would really help!

    Allow the selection of multiple customers or projects to selected when generating a customized report. When selecting the customer or project enable the selection of multiple customers or projects by holding down the control key while clicking on the desired names.

  18. importing estimates

    Perhaps this already exists and I've not found it... A CSV template that allows for importing a CSV of an estimate from another software application into Zoho Books.

    We use a proposal-generating application that offers seamless integration with Quickbooks Online and the ability to export the proposal as a CSV file, which can be imported into Quickbooks desktop & Peachtree.

    It will make the decision to move away from QB easier if such as template exists (as I know there is not an integration).

  20. Add time to recurring invoice

    I would like to be able to add timer hours to any recurring invoice before it is sent OR I would like the Draft of a recurring invoice sent to ME and not to the client, so I could manually add my hours to any recurring invoice.
