While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Add Project Data to the SO header

    It's available in Estimates and invoices then why not enable it in sales order so it is consistent across all modules?????

  3. Customise Delivery Note

    Need the option to customize delivery note. We need columns like - Weight and Bag No/Case No etc. for each SKU/product. Is it possible?

  4. customer vat invoices

    I am using Zoho One with sync from CRM to Zoho Books. Create a placeholder for VAT ID from CRM in templates. Currently you need to create a custom field (and seperately fill the field).

  5. Improve the email tracking

    I can see only the address in the "to" field and not the "CC" when i check the "story" of, for example, an invoice.
    I cannot see the email content (if i have write something dedicated to the receiver).

  8. Make Order Number field a valid %placeholder% in templates

    In the invoice we use the order number field to display a readable description of the order. It would be beneficial to allow this field to be used as placeholder in the email template. This placeholder can be used in the email subject to describe the order.

    Please allow users / admins to delete only mail account not to close the complete account, user / admin can create mail account by mistake, then he should have option to delete the same, it should not happen that he can't

  14. Allow templates to be linked with client language

    I think it would be nice the templates would be linked somehow to the. clients language. I mean, if I have a client that only speaks french (and it is configured that way), I want to send him all the templates in french and not have to select every template manually

  15. JOURNAL ENTRY TEMPLATE CUSTOMIZATION IS NOT CONSISTENT

    IT LET YOU CUSTOMIZE TABLE COLOR, TABLE FONT AND HEATHER CONTENT, BUT SUBTOTAL AND GRAND TOTALS, TAX ETC REMAIN WITH DETAULF FORMATING, VERY INCONSISTENT.

  16. Correct/ update the name when sending to an alternate contact

    When you send a quote or invoice/ any email to a contact the system automatically picks the main contact, even if you have picked another. It can be a bit embarrassing if you don't remember to change it every time!!

  17. Custom logic for Books to select the appropriate Invoice Email Template

    We have mutiple Quote/Invoice Email Templates. We would like to setup some custom logic that says if select the appropriate Email Notification Template this could be super helpful if like us you have various departments and what a nice branded email notification.

    Many Hospitality industry generate tax when received payment . So tax name and tax detail have to display on Receipt Template. It's necessary for thailand region.
