Give users much more flexibility to edit the "Email Notification" templates
Hi
I'm struck by how poorly these email templates look and the very limited options Zoho gives to customize them into something that looks at least reasonably professional. There are many great features in this app that I already really like BUT this one issue seems like a real "flat spot"!Please can you do more work here to allow users to personalize them much more WITHOUT needing to use HTML!!!

Enable image uploading in the annexure page or include an option for a second logo to show multiple brands represented by a company.
We want to show the brands we represent on the last page of the estimate, so we need the image shown after the annexure lines.
Alternatively, if you can add a button for the footer to be shown only in the last page, this could work as well.1 vote -
customer vat invoices
I am using Zoho One with sync from CRM to Zoho Books. Create a placeholder for VAT ID from CRM in templates. Currently you need to create a custom field (and seperately fill the field).

Add date placeholders (merge fields) to email templates
Adding month, day and other "date math" such as %(MONTH-1)% to all email templates would reduce manual typing -- especially when creating invoices. You already have this concept for recurring invoices (see https://www.zoho.com/us/books/kb/invoices/add-date-recurring-invoice.html ). Make these date placeholders available to be used in all email templates please.

Field Visibility in Templates
Currently the ability to control field's visibility in templates is spreaded between the "Show on all PDF's" in customized fields and the template.
Not only this is inconsistent, it limits the ability of hiding/exposing the field on some templates.
Please move the visibility control of all fields into the template preferences so users can choose which fields they want to show/hide in each template

I need to be able to create a Purchase Order template where every line item creates a separate PO page. I.E. three line items would result in a three page Purchase Order .pdf

Make %PageNumber% a valid placeholder for custom footer content
When enabling printing of page numbers in templates, they are placed at a fixed location on the page.
It would be a good option to have %PageNumber%, %PrintDate% and %TotalPageCount% as valid placeholders to be used alongside other info in custom footer content.1 vote -
Allow option to print my business name on checks or enable HTML editor for Check template
Allow option to print my business name on checks. My checks don't have my business name on them. My previous accounting software (Quickbooks) had the option to print my business name and address on the checks in the upper left corner. It would be great if this was an option, or give me the option to use the HTML editor on the check template and I could add it myself.

Would it be possible to deactivate the link that displays actual invoice.
Indeed we are not using Zoho invoice template.

Custom template "simple" cannot able to adjust line height table so it effecting invoice creating more page when we add 3, 4 items
Currently the height of rows in invoices is fixed and can not be changed and this might leave a lot of white space in the invoice,
I suggest that height of rows should be made flexible and the user should have the ability to put max and min values11 votes -
Currency symbols for all prices
At the moment, in templates a currency symbol only appears in the total amount/sum. It would be helpful to have currency symbols for ALL prices like item prices, taxes and discounts (if given as amount and not as percentage) and subtotals as well.

different templates for invoices in books and subscription
When preparing invoices in subscription now, it is not possible to put a different template for Subscription and for Books.
....and nobody can tell me, that in the automatic generated subscription modul there are the same information´s like in books.
This is part of good marketing!

All email templates have multi-lingual options
Although some email templates currently allow multiple templates, for example one for each language, others simply do not have this option.
These include:
- User Invite
- Client Portal Invitation
- Timesheet Client Approval
- Payment Request Information
- Payment Initiated

Allow templates to be linked with client language
I think it would be nice the templates would be linked somehow to the. clients language. I mean, if I have a client that only speaks french (and it is configured that way), I want to send him all the templates in french and not have to select every template manually

Custom logic for Books to select the appropriate Invoice Email Template
We have mutiple Quote/Invoice Email Templates. We would like to setup some custom logic that says if select the appropriate Email Notification Template this could be super helpful if like us you have various departments and what a nice branded email notification.
