  1. Project Task List Management

    Due to the nature of my work I have a lot of projects that are essentially always live with multiple tasks that are marked inactive when complete and billed. The task lists are getting very very long, if there is no way to hide inactive tasks (which would be ideal), then a way to sort the list would be very useful. Sort by active/inactive, hours logged etc.

  2. Would like to charge daily rate vs hourly rate

    We charge by the half day or full day per partner. We dont charge hourly. Would be good to set daily rate per partner vs have to input as hours.

  3. Time sheets to track employee hours

    I want to be able to track time that our employees are working for the entire day. Currently they would have to make a new time sheet after they come back form lunch. I would like to see being able to enter multiple times worked under the same project in the same day. Also if they could be organized into a week that would be helpful as well.

  4. Make the Calendar monthly Hours actually accurate

    The hours for the month-- listed at the bottom of the timesheet calendar-- is not accurate. The total includes hours billed in the prior month. Please make it actually accurate.

  6. Make it possible to have a "master" account that cannot be edited by other team members

    Currently, if you grant access to any other user to modify the user roles in your account, they can delete your account or change your role—even if you are the owner of the account.

    We need a "master" admin that cannot be deleted.

  8. Global Rate Change for Users Needed

    There needs to be a way to make a global rate change to a user's billable rate, otherwise for every project that a user is assigned to, we must make a rate change for users (any time the user has a rate change).

  10. Have the budget minus the expenses in the project snap shot and list the actual status of the budget.

    Have the budget minus the expenses in the project snap shot and list the actual status of the budget. It looks like the project section was designed around labor and hours, and it is lacking when items are purchased for the project or expenses to the project. Why list the project budget if I still need a caluculator to figure out how much $ is left in the budget.

  13. Project invoicing workbench - ability to adjust project hours and expenses to invoice to customer

    Creation of a "Project Invoicing workbench". This feature is like a dashboard where all the projected related logged time, expenses etc.. is visible in one place. A filter can be placed on projects for a particular customer where we would select multiple projects done for a customer.

    Then there would be a ability to adjust the logged time and expenses for the selected project. This is needed because i may want to only invoice time that may be admissible for that project and expenses that the client will accept. Some expenses may not be in my contract that my employees…

  14. Make Projects Able to Be Bulk Edited

    At the very least I'd like to be able to mark them Active / Inactive in bulk. But there are a lot of other options that could be added to a bulk update feature.

  15. Log time for another users and sub contractors

    As an admin you should be able to add time to a project for another users. I would also like the ability to create subcontractors without having to create a user account for them. Thanks.

  16. Reclass

    Auto create projects based on products in accepted estimates,invoices, and sales receipts. Templates for projects will already be created in ZP, in invoices and estimates, give option to create projects when invoice is paid or when it is created and estimates when it is accepted or when invoice is issued or when invoice is paid

  17. Fix search function in card view

    I cannot search for active projects in card view -- if I am in the Active view and run a search while looking at the project cards, it automatically changes to all and includes inactive searches in the results.

  18. Ability to enter start date and end date by task

    We want custom field for each task . It is not possible to define total cost per task. Per task bill is based on time spent. Provision is required for lump sum per task

  20. I would like to see the Client as the first option in Log Time screen.

    If I have the Project name "support" for multiple clients I cannot tell the difference in the Log Time Screen. It would be helpful to select the client and then the project rather than starting with the project.
