customer wise part numbers
Need to give customer wise part codes / part numbers. ex Item ABC is billed to multiple customers. each customer will have their own part codes. customer 1 calls it as 'aaa' ; customer 2 as 'bbb' and customer 3 as 'xyz'. when the item is billed to a particular customer, the respective part code is picked up and shown in a particular custom field

Once the estimate on pricing is accepted, the client needs to submit an order based on that item's pricing.

In Setup, open view of users at active only
Right now in setup you see all users, active and inactive. This is not a preferred view of users in setup, as I see people that I've inactivated years ago. What use is it to see them now? Just clutters the screen. Your software needs to be able to allow us to look at a list of users with a default of active users only. There should also be a filter or checkbox to allow for the list to be or to include the inactive users, but this view should be secondary. This goes for everywhere users are located in…

Delivery note
Combine more than 1 invoice to 1 delivery note because in some occasions, we need to issue separate invoices for client but the stuffs will be delivered in one go.

Adding one Bottom to go the last page of item list and one bottom to the first page .
We have more than 50 pages of 200 each page of items . it is time consuming to move from first page to last page by clicking next each time .

Required Comment Option For Items
There Is an Option Of Commenting On Any Of Transactions. Like Purchase Orders, Bills, Invoice Etc. We Need The Same Of For Items Level. Requesting To Discuss This With The Zoho Developer Team And Get The Feedback.

Increase 1 MB limit of file import
1 MB is too small for uploading price list data. Our price lists with 40,000 and 145,000 line items, I have to break up into 5000 line item files to upload multiple times. It is just to tedious.

I have a printing company. We print on different papers and it could be single side or doubleside. There rates for single side and dou
We are a printing company. We print on paper, it can be single side or double side. The item is the same paper but price varies from single side or doubleside. Currently we can't track stock, as we have to give 2different items but actually its the same item. We can't also use priceless as in one bill there could be 2 single side and 4 double side items. If we give price list all of it gets changed. We want a solution where we can club multiple items into a single inventory source.

They should add that in the price list it is possible to select which type of tax to apply automatically and thus it is possible to assign the type of tax to a specific customer, according to a given product, the same tax does not always apply to the same product or the same customer

I am a manufacturer. Many different components are utilised to make one finished products. Tally has a feature called as Stock journal, wherein several components are clubbed to together for one finished product.

Items Prices linked to an Index
I sell items that have a cost/purchase/sell price attached to an Index. For example Aluminum, Zinc, Copper...
The Index at the London Metal Exchange (LME) for these materials changes intraday but for simplicity, I only need update my prices once a month.
If I could store the value of LME for Aluminum, Copper or Zinc in a single field and define that this or that Item is linked to that field, then I can drastically simplify the updating of prices.
For example: Item1 this month would be 'ALUMINUM LME' ($2) + Item purchase price ($3) = $5. Next month LME…1 vote -

When we add items on invoices, the items should come even if we type its middle name. This make easy to add items which we search for.

Tiered Pricing In Addition to Volume Pricing
Its great that we now have volume pricing but this does not fit our business pricing model. We need tiered Pricing as we sell SAAS products:
Tiered Pricing Example:
Product A:
1-5000 units (Tier 1) $0.50
5001-1500 units (Tier 2) $0.45
15000-30000 units (Tier 3) $0.43
A customer purchases 16,000 units of Product.With Tiered pricing the calculation would be:
First 5000 units (Tier 1) @ $0.50 = $2,500
Next 10000 units (Tier 2) @0.45 = $4,500
Next 1000 units (Tier 3) @0.43 = $430
Total = $7430.00(Note: In contrast, with simple volume pricing, the calculation would be
