  2. Print a Contact

    We are a gun club and like to verify members each month. You should have a way to a simply do a quick print of the customer (name, address, phone, etc) that can print during check in of the client, so they can quickly verify all their information is correct, like may dr's offices do. I would really like to see this feature soon. Thanks!!

  4. to make it possible to create a customer and to divide it by its branch like a chain supermarkets.

    For example we had a costumer that has 5 supermarkets around the country, and at the end of the year we need to have a statment for all transactions in one place.

  5. sub contacts

    PLEASE, PLEASE add sub contacts!!! This is the one thing that really sets you apart from Quickbooks. It is a necessity when your work is in the service industry and you have multiple locations through one company. Even unlimited shipping addresses would help. We work with management companies that can have a hundred locations. This would put your software ahead of Quickbooks!

  6. Add Balance detail in the customer sumary in the Web and Mobile App

    It will be very helpful if there is a detail un the Contacts module like this.

    Balance: $1000
    Current: $500
    1-30 days: $100
    31-60 days:$100
    61-90 days: $100
    90+ days: 200

  7. Transactions by Cutomer at the Mobile App

    I will be very helpful at the mobile app Contacts Module a way to see transactions by category.
    Every time i want to check a customer invoices i have to go to Invoices module and try the customer name, some times i got several customer invoices becuase similar name.

  9. Accountant Quick Notes/Tasks

    As an Accountant
    A note or task that can be set for staff handling a partcular client or a note to the client.
    for EG
    Staff Note
    Please review the Income statement for accruals not accounted for.

    Client Note
    Please process the credit note to ABC as discussed.

  11. multiple customer addresses appear in PDF

    Additional customer addresses don't appear in invoice or quotation previews or PDFs. Regardless of the customer address you choose while editing, only the default address appears. For those customers that have multiple offices, it's important to display the proper "Ship To" address.

  12. Account overview screen needs to show link to recurring invoices/subscriptions

    From Contact Overview/Summary screen need to see a) recurring invoices/subscriptions in existence and B) link to list of recurring invoice

  15. Add additional address column in tempelate

    Add additional column in between address and city in upload contacts template for second part of billing address or shipping address. For example, 123 main street, apt .2, Denver, CO instead of just 123 main st. Denver, CO

  17. Default Account for Customers/Suppliers

    When I make a sale to particular customer, the default sales account will be the one I select in contacts instead of coming it from the items. Because I could sale one item to several customers and I have different categories of revenues.

  18. There Should be a Separate Field in Contacts Showing the Working Field/Sector of a Client.

    As per our policy we supply or serve a single client in a field/sector. eg we

    do advertisement and branding project for a shoe company, then we never work simultaneously for another shoe company.

  19. Make a way for us to see if emails bounce back or are delivered.

    If we send emails and someone changes companies, there is no way for us to know the email actually bounced until after is has been a few months and we are trying to catch up with the client. Why not have a report of emails that were not successfully delivered so we can call and update the client records right away?

  20. Show items and contacts based on User Profile

    I am looking for a feature in Zoho Books and Inventory.

    I want to sort items and contacts based on profile. We have two teams which work for separate products. Team A work for X product and Team B work for Y product. I don't want to show X products and contacts to team B and vice versa. We have this feature in Zoho CRM in Roles under Users and Roles. My customer have big team and we really need this feature in Zoho Books as well as in Zoho Inventory.
