  2. Sales Order Total minus Purchase Orders Made to that Sales Order

    For a sales order, have a field or view that deducts the total sales order value from purchase orders made on that sales order to give "Remaining Profit of Sales Order."

    This really should be sales order level or a report could work too. This would give a running "Profit" of the sales order vs "Loss" of purchase orders made under that sales order.

  4. I am using Zoho Books - Looking at Reports and customising for our business needs. I have customised our Profit & Loss to compare 3 previous

    I am using Zoho Books - Looking at Reports and customising for our business needs. I have customised our Profit & Loss to compare 3 previous months + YTD. Now I want to schedule this every month.
    Once I schedule it, the report I am being sent is only the standard report (1 month data)

  6. Purchase Reports by vendor currency

    Add an option to select the currency of the report.
    Currently it show the home currency but its best to see the values in the vendor currency.

  10. TDS appearing through manual journals

    The TDS Summary report capturing TDS sections is a welcome improvement. But what about TDS appearing through manual journals, eg., TDS on salaries, TDS on unsecured loans. We capture these entries through manual journals in Zoho Books. But the TDS summary report does not reflect the TDS liability through these entries. This makes use of the TDS report incomplete. Would appreciate if you could address this issue.

  12. comparison for custom dates on profit loss

    we want to be able to define custom dates, then compare those dates to previous year. as the system is now, you can only compare to previous years or periods when using the last month, last year, last quarter, year to date options.

  13. Allow us to save custom reports

    Zoho Books currently allows us to save custom views but we cannot save custom reports. That means we either have to re-build the report we want each time we want to run it or create the report in Zoho Analytics. We don't mind creating it in Analytics but our bookkeeper needs access to this report and that would mean we need to set her up with access to Zoho Analytics which is a lot of extra work for just one report.

  14. BAS reporting to provide capital and non-capital purchase amounts

    It would be very helpful if Zoho Books BAS report could provide capital (G10) and non-capital (G11) purchase amounts not just the sum of these (G12). The numbers in brackets are the item identifiers used in the BAS that business need to complete. Currently the BAS report does not produce G10 and G11 and so the user needs to calculate them out of system.

  15. Provide Customizable Tax Summary Reports

    In Zoho Books, Reports, Tax Reports, we can only use the provided Tax Summary Reports. Can we get the cpacity to customize or create our own types of Tax Summary ? There are fields that we need to have in our reports (Customers / Vendors etc )

  17. Extended Exchange Rate Conversion

    It is very common for an international company to be obligated to report to the head office in a different currency. So far there has been no function that allows for fields showing the currency conversion in a different currency in for e.g. expense, journals, reports. This is a crucial function for us as an international company.

  19. Pin Favorite Reports

    I was going through a bunch of reports, each time I go into reports, I have to crawl through different set of reports and find my favourite one. How about we give an option under reports to pin it so that the report show up on the left panel or somewhere on the top as a drop menu or something (You guys are already on clouds of creativity) that is always visible as my favorite reports.

    Hi there,

    We now have the option to set up favourite reports. This would work similar to pinning a report. By doing so, the reports you have favourited will be listed at the top under the the ‘My Favourites’ section. Please take a look at the screenshot below.

  20. Reports Account Transactions

    In the Transaction report for a particular A/c you need to show the expenses and description details.
    As of now it only shows description
