  1. In ZOHO Books in the Report 'Sales by Item', please add the option to also select by 'Item Name' or variation of item name. Thanks

    In the report 'Sales by Item' please add the option to select by 'Item Name' or a variation that includes contains.
    Our Inventory is over 2500 items and the report is very difficult to use when looking for specific types of items. Also we want to use Item groups but there is no reporting for it in Inventory. Please help.

  2. There are some expenses which are not strictly operational exp like Advt and sales promotion whereas Zoho group them under operation Exp

    There should be some flexibility built in to structure the report so that anomoly like Advertisement is not shown as operational Exp in the P&L Account

    New custom field -> data type 'dropdown' : option to sort alphabetically.
    Now I have to make the dropdown options manually alphabetical.

  6. Report customisation to show ONLY parent accounts in PDF

    Currently, when exporting a report such as PNL and BS in PDF, ALL accounts are displayed (including sub accounts). There should be a feature to only have the parent account displayed to show concise information for users of these reports.

  7. Books Customer Portal and Invoice Payment Email Reminder Reporting

    1. Books Customer Portal Reporting: Ability to report on revenue collected via the customer portal. I would like to know how much use and value the customer portal is giving our company. We then can track the changes in use as company processes change or updates happen.

    2. Email Reminder Reporting:
      We would like to report on revenue collected via our invoice payment reminders to our customers. This would show the value of the automation. We then can track the changes in use as company processes change or updates happen.

  9. Comprehensive Tax [GST] summary

    I would like to see a simple report that shows all purchases and sales made in a particular month/quarter with the tax details. The reporting structure available right now does not serve any purpose. This is an important feature missing in Zoho and is making the application inefficient.

  10. Change filters back!!!!for reports

    We use reporting tags on our Sales. We have a location in the UK all of the costs/expenses are on a different system and not in our Zoho account. All of our US accounting is in Zoho. When we need to run reports we had been able to filter using the reporting tags, all of the cost and expenses were there as well as the US sales. Now that the "Advanced Filter" option has been added to reports when we try to filter we now ONLY get the sales, we don't use reporting tags on everything so now when we…

  13. Ageing report should be month wise

    Ageing report should be month wise. But in Zoho it is date wise. For e.g. if I take 30 days on 8th July, then I expect current to show 1st July to 8th July and 30 days to show 1st June to 30th June..... But Zoho gives current as 8th June to 8th July and so on.... Zoho should check many other systems such as Tally, Quick books, Sage, Acc pac, TAS, etc... ageing report is month wise... always....

    Me gustaría que (ID de la empresa) puede verse reflejada en documento PDF Información general del negocio, ya que para colombia es un requisito que el (Beneficio y pérdida, Estado de flujos de efectivo, Balance general) tenga debajo del nombre de empresa su ID EMPRESA.

  15. Attach a document to tax payment

    Within Taxes (Reports section), should have the ability to attach a pdf document with confirmation that the payment has been made. Most other section of Zoho Books has functionality to attach document. Unsure why this functionality is not in the taxes section.

  17. Ability to customize reports to show monthly amounts

    Need ability to show monthly amounts on the canned reports - ie Sales by Customer for year to date --- need ability to show monthly amounts on this report.

  19. EBITDA Report

    The typical measure of value for a private company a multiple of the EBITDA value (typical sale price in UK is 4.75x EBITDA and valuations should be in the region of 5x). Would be really nice to have this as a report.
