  1. Mandatory use of Items for Estimates and PO's etc

    My client has sales reps that load estimates but with manual line items. This means that PO's are then created manually with duplication of info being typed. If there was a preference that could be set, making it mandatory for the Items to be loaded while making the estimate (or adding if already existing), then the loading time for the confirmed order thereafter would be MUCH less with less chance of error.

  2. Volume based price list for products

    We need urgently a way to integrate volume based pricing for our hardware sales. All products we sell have different prices depending on the volume purchased (very standard in the B2B world), i.e.:

    Product A:
    1-10 units - $10
    11-50 units - $9
    51-100 units - $8
    etc.

    At this moment we have to handle all pricing manually with price list created in Excel which is obviously extremely bad as it inherits offline work and room for a lot of errors.

    We hope that this can be accomplished soon as it’s very standard in varies industries which selling products.

    In estimates and invoices we would like to be able to upload an image beside the description so our client can visually see what they're purchasing. at the moment, there isn't any way I can input an image.

  4. Mark estimates as viewed, without customer needing to login to portal

    Mark estimates as viewed, without customer needing to login to portal. This is available as standard for a long time on other online accounts / invoicing applications like Zero, Freshbooks, Quickbooks etc.

  5. 0 in amount or enter notes

    While creating estimate we add some items for the customer to bring by themselves so is required to show the amount by 0 or show notes in the amount as (By Customer) in order to don't increases the total amount of the estimate. Please note the rate and Qty fields should have values.

  7. When entering new line items to an existing estimate

    PLEASE make an option to add a line item to an estimate without having to drag it all the way up to where you need it to go.

  9. Item Warehouse Details in Estimates

    It would be nice to see in Estimates the details of what warehouse the item is at and quantity like you can in Sales Orders and Invoices so that when you are creating Estimate you know what you currently have in stock at your warehouse or if it will have to come from another location.

  10. Can We have Accept or Decline Button in the Email Footer itself for Estimates.

    I Agree that Zoho Books is doing a great job when it comes to client satisfaction. But i have seen this in other Accounting Software's. The Option to Accept or Decline an Estimate is placed directly in the Email footer rather than clicking the view Invoice button which directs you to the public portal. The Button that says view Estimate will be replaced 2 Choices Instead, "Accept" or "Decline". When the client clicks accept we get notified via zoho books & when the client Declines, it opens a new tab with the Public Link Portal wherein the client mentions the…

    Allow a custom multi line text box under the subject line in estimates.
    This will then allow us to add additional description details for the estimates.

  12. Save an estimate or invoice inside Zoho Documents

    Why there is no icon to save the estimate (as PDF) directly inside a sub folder in Documents?!

    Function like this it merit to be applied on all Zoho modules as estimates, invoices etc.. by this way the user can save a copy or backup in easy way also this will encourage the users to buy more space and use Documents.

  13. Add a line item between other line items

    Can only add new lines at the bottom of an estimate and then try to drag it up to go where it needs to be. Very frustrating when needing to add one or two lines to a 200 line estimate.

  15. Efficient Search

    Sir/Mam,
    Searching a poduct in zoho is being very difficult. As of now 2 solutions have been made form your side. But both of them are not that Efficient.
    1. Advanced Search
    I have picked a product in the first search but to pick another product i have to search again, when i search the second time the product i have picked in the first searched have not been picked. This is the major draw back in Advanced search.

  16. Archive old invoices and estimates

    Would be nice to archive old invoices and estimates. I literally have hundreds that I don't need currently making it difficult to find current customers. I don't want to delete them but I also don't need to see them constantly.

  17. Import items from excel when creating a quote/invoice

    It is extremely hard and time consuming to create a quote/invoice for 50-100 items and then change the discount for each item individually. It would be very helpful to import items along with their discounts while create a quote/invoice. This feature is also available in similar softwares.

  18. we want the discount to be shown at line item level and transaction level as this will help our business alot.

    Right now we are having an option of adding discount at line item level or at transaction level. We want the discount to be shown in transaction level but if we are making discount to be at transaction level it is giving discount to all line items but i want to give discount to only one item.in this scenario we are facing issue.so it is better to have discount at both level and change the formula at transaction level

  19. Estimates with photos

    I think you should have a Item Photo, for each part number.

    For example, when I chose item#123-4 ... the parts, description, and a (small, medium, or large) photo appears next to the description. The photo should need to be uploaded in a .jpg image with max res of 400x400 and must be named the same as item# (ie ... 123-4.jpg )

    I have a picture of an example if you would like to see it. Its much more professional.
