Import items from excel when creating a quote/invoice
It is extremely hard and time consuming to create a quote/invoice for 50-100 items and then change the discount for each item individually. It would be very helpful to import items along with their discounts while create a quote/invoice. This feature is also available in similar softwares.

Some software already has this kind of feature, but it’s usually hidden in the settings or some weird add-on you gotta dig around for.
What helped me was getting better at setting up Excel templates for stuff like this. I even came across https://www.myexcelonline.com/, and they’ve got some pretty handy courses for stuff like making better spreadsheets and managing data. Honestly, knowing how to prep your Excel files can save a ton of time, especially when you’re dealing with discounts or big item lists. -

Man, dealing with quotes or invoices for a ton of items is such a grind if you have to do it manually.
