Role for Purchase Manager and Sales Manager
Like there is a role for STAFF which allows access to only the timesheet, there should be a role for Purchase Manager who has access only to create vendors and to create purchase orders
Similarly a role for a Sales Manager who has access only to Clients, Estimates, Sales Order and Invoices.

The good news is, that in Zoho Books, you already have an option of creating Custom Roles as per your choice.In this case, for example, if you would like to create a role for Purchase Manager or Sales Manager, with limited access, you can follow the steps in this link.

You can set the permissions according to your discrection for each role that you create.
