Can we have multiple delivery addresses to hold additional delivery address information for our customers. Our bussiness deals with alot of customers with multiple sites and it is frustrating to continusly change the data befre submiting invoices.
Hi Everyone,
We are happy to announce that, “Now you can add multiple addresses to contacts”

India GST Treatment for Additional address in Customer Module is missing.
we should be able to add Regular, SEZ in the same customer with different GST Treatments. -

Multiple delivery addresses are a great improvement but would be even better if the alternate delivery address that is selected on the SO is carried over to the invoice created from the SO.
As it stands Zoho is changing the delivery address to the default (billing address) when the invoice is generated which can result in the goods being sent to the wrong address. -

The default shipping address is still used for the purchase orders - you can't select the additional address when changing the delivery address from organization to customer :( This pretty much makes the whole idea of additional addresses useless for us. We have to keep cloning the customer which is a real pain.

This is OK but the first line of all deliveries addresses is still the main company name. A small change here will allow to replace the billing company name with one new "attention to:" first line. This way we can send goods also to other companies and private persons in charge of the reception of the items. This option is still available from the purchase menu for suppliers deliveries to 3.addresses included the attn: first line...

This is stopping us implementing books. It also means we are likely to move our CRM as this is a standard feature else where.
