This is perfect if you are not going to modify the document (invoice, estimate...) ever again.
We have it linked to the reservation system, and reservations may undergo modifications before the day of the booking, for example, an extra services may be added. So, how do you update this invoice? What are the options for update invoice, estimate?

Reshma, Looks like this integration is moving along well. Also, are you guys working on providing the same kind of detailed reports generator in Zoho Books as found in Zoho CRM? Or at least be able to create reports in Zoho CRM using the Zoho Books information (invoices, etc.) that is integrated into Zoho CRM? I wish to be able to create reports based on custom fields in Zoho Books invoices, but the only way to do this right now is to manually create a duplicate invoice with the custom fields in Zoho CRM so that I can run more detailed reports in Zoho CRM. Thanks Reshma! I tried the zap with the new version and it was able to port in the item description details. Although, the Discount/Adjustment value did not port through in order to adjust the total invoice price. The data is showing that it is going into Zoho Books, but the value isn't porting through (just shows "0" in the output). Let me know if you can see this on your end or if you can fix it. Thanks!

I tried to do a basic JotForm to Zoho Books, and it is creating an invoice, but it failed to port in the "Item Descriptions" and the "Item Discount". I contacted Zapier on this and they said that the information was sent to Zoho Books, but since this is still in Invite Only Mode (BETA) they couldn't help beyond that and asked me to get in touch with you.

Oh Geez I just realised that it was a couple of weeks away 1yr ago too! Given the shortfalls I've discovered I think Ill give up waiting and switch now!

Still waiting..... any updates? Eagerly awaiting this. I've only recently migrated to Zoho Books and I love it however there are few major shortfalls, this being one of them. If you guys can't get this up and running soon or at least provide a definite date for completion I'm definitely going to have to switch to Quickbooks.

Definitely about to switch accounting platforms. This is taking ridiculously long.

I've emailed them about this multiple times and they just tell me it's in the works and no release date can be promised
