bi-monthly option in the "Date Range"
INclude an option in the "Date Range" drop down menu for reports to select bi-monthy periods

This option would be especially helpful for recurring invoices. Invoicing clients on the 15th and the last day of the month if very common. Currently, the only options are weekly, twice a month, or monthly. A bi-monthly option would be great, thank you.
