An error occurred while saving the comment Darren commentedThis is also an issue we are facing. There seems to be no way to report on a project including all transactions associated with it. A Projects Column with the Account Transactions Report is needed, alongside the ability to have a running total for projects. (not just accounts). We need to be able to specify a date range and to be able to sort the report by project name, with a running total, viewing all projects and transactions within that date range. This is a MUST for companies that offer Project Sales. How does a business know how much money it has made after/as a project is delivered if this can't been seen? Please, please look into this. We currently have to use different accounting software along-side Zoho - which is come consuming!
Great news that this is now a planned feature. To expand on this, when you create an Estimate using Zoho Finance the option to +Add a Composite could be an option like the new +Add Header button. When you click this, inserting a Composite would, in effect load all of the items within the Composite as separate line items (each with its own price - as if all items were added line by line as separate items). It's a much faster way to build a quote requiring Composites with line by line pricing. The option within Inventory should allow the items to either load/display or not using a simple check box.
