Portal access to more than one account
We have customers who have more than one site and therefore have multiple accounts set up in order to manage their costs. At present an email address can only have access to the portal for one contact / account it would be useful to be able to have multiple accounts accessed from a single email address.

Need this feature too ! We have several customers with multiple company's entities but with the same person of contact. For now it is impossible to share the access to multiple contact portal for the same email and it is realy needed...

We NEED this to be implemented ASAP. It is impossible to use the client portal for a large chunk of our client base.
No update on this in December 2018. I have spoken with support today and they suggested I should write here. As I can see, they have not yet given any updates.
We have an accountant who takes care of multiple companies and I have to give access to the client portals of these companies via one single email....impossible task!
Can we at least have an update on whether this is even possible?

Would love for this to be integrated ASAP. It's causing us so many headaches! Now we are being asked for individual invoices (horrendously time consuming!) because one person can not access client portal for multiple accounts.
@Peter O'Hara-Diaz I actually spoke to support very recently and they gave zero indications as to whether this was a priority or even if it's on the to-do-list at all.

Any update on this? I have a client with 11 locations and I bill separately so each location can track costs BUT there is on A/P contact at the corporate office. She needs to log in to the portal with her email address and see ALL 11 accounts.
Hi, any update on this? We have a lot of customers that 1 email ties to many contacts. We are urgently need this feature. Would you zoho books at least provide a timeline when it should be implemented?

I'm evaluating and was really excited about offering a Client Portal to my clients. However, I just discovered this tonight with two of my customers having the same account manager). I already know this will happen again in the near future.
What happens if another business like mine already had this person set up in their Zoho Books account? Will I then not be able to offer it at all?
I have the same question and need. This will prevent us from using Zoho Books if we can't offer this to customers, or at least the ability to link invoices to more than one portal.
