An error occurred while saving the comment Hi, any update on this? We have a lot of customers that 1 email ties to many contacts. We are urgently need this feature. Would you zoho books at least provide a timeline when it should be implemented?

An error occurred while saving the comment as a malaysia customer, i hope the requests below can be fulfilled as fast as possible to reduce our gst record burden:
1) bad debt: when an tax invoice is written off to bad debt, the tax amount should be deducted in tax payable.
2) purchase order: add default tax for different item. Invoice does has default tax but purchase doesn't have.I think zoho books has fulfiled most of the malaysia gst requirements, just left "gaf file" (activity logs)(compulsory) + "gst form3" (optional) doens't provide. Hope zoho books can register their software with malaysia government and come out another tax version benefit for all malaysia user.

Hi zoho books, may we get a timeframe to work out this, as we are very need this feature. :)
If this feature available for "customer contacts", why not for "vendor contacts"? This seems like your team overlooked the setting to make both customer contacts and vendor contacts in the same page same feature.
We see your recent update by make "vendor portal" (available year 2020), but for your info, the customer portal already available 6years back (we started used year 2014). This took so long you make both contacts module share the same feature. This create unnecessary pain to heavy users like us due for small issue.
We hope your team can escalate this feature. We don't see this feature need you to develop as it is there already, seems like just need to "duplicate" to vendor contact. Hope to hear from your reply soon. Thank you. :)
