All data backup / restore to point in time
Although I appreciate backups are constantly being taken by Zoho it would be good to be able to backup / restore the entire organisation at a specific point in time. This would be particularly useful when testing as it would be possible to have a "clean" copy of the account which can be restored when testing is complete.
Ongoing it would again be useful when entering large amounts of updates via the API to be able to "wind back" the data to a point when you know the data is "clean".

I agree with what you say. I also like that Zoho often makes backups, but it needs a backup of the whole organization. I keep a lot of information on Zoho, and I'm afraid I will lose all this information. I already have negative experiences with information loss. I had a lot of valuable information on the HDD, and due to a mistake of mine, I lost all the information there. At least there are HDD RECOVERY services like https://www.salvagedata.com/hard-drive-recovery/that helped me recover all my useful information. I'm afraid of such situations.

For an "accounting" application, backups every 15 days is poor. Zoho should have programmed an automated daily backup to external sites: google, amazon, sftp, dropbox, etc. The developers should not all take off the same day: Good Friday.
