    For an "accounting" application, backups every 15 days is poor. Zoho should have programmed an automated daily backup to external sites: google, amazon, sftp, dropbox, etc. The developers should not all take off the same day: Good Friday.

  2. Provides us as customer with backup and restore option, even with an extra fees to pay when needed.
