change the CSV export of timesheets hours
Currently when i export time sheets to CSV or XLS i cannot add up the hours or do any sort of analysis without manually changing each record as they are recorded as 7:30 and not in a cell that is the format "Time hh:mm:ss"

Excel provides the following solution: Zoho exports the info as TEXT.
Select a column with this problem. If you don't want to convert the whole column, you can select one or more cells instead. Just be sure the cells you select are in the same column, otherwise this process won't work. (See "Other ways to convert" below if you have this problem in more than one column.)
2. Click this button: Data tab, Text to Columns button
The Text to Columns button is typically used for splitting a column, but it can also be used to convert a single column of text to numbers. On the Data tab, click Text to ColumnsAfterwards, format the data to DATE, format hh:mm:ss.

My spreadsheet sets "7:30" from an exported timesheet .CSV file as a time (i.e. HH:MM:SS)
Use the first empty column and multiply the time column by 24 to get a decimal time (auto fill the column with the formula) then you can add and sort with a number. Not as easy as ZOHO exporting decimal time directly but you can start right away with this work around
