An error occurred while saving the comment Larry commentedCan you also connect EXPENSE fields with BOOKS. When I am viewing expenses (From Zoho Expense) in BOOKS I need to see who submitted the expense, its purpose, and associated Expenses report.

An error occurred while saving the comment Larry commentedExcel provides the following solution: Zoho exports the info as TEXT.
Select a column with this problem. If you don't want to convert the whole column, you can select one or more cells instead. Just be sure the cells you select are in the same column, otherwise this process won't work. (See "Other ways to convert" below if you have this problem in more than one column.)
2. Click this button: Data tab, Text to Columns button
The Text to Columns button is typically used for splitting a column, but it can also be used to convert a single column of text to numbers. On the Data tab, click Text to ColumnsAfterwards, format the data to DATE, format hh:mm:ss.

An error occurred while saving the comment Larry commentedMy clients do NOT want to see the detail. The client wants one line item for expenses and one line item for labor (hours).
Every expense on a separate line is clutter - please provide ability to collapse into one line item as you do with labor hours.
If I may add... EXPENSE Fields should be available for reporting/Viewing in BOOKS. Current Expense Notes, Description, etc is not available in BOOKS - Expense Views. This makes expense views appear to lacking information and requires user to exit BOOKs and view in EXPENSE
