multiple office365 mail integration
We have multiple email accounts in our organization and we have multiple users set up in zoho books with the corresponding emails.
We have connected the users via M365.
However, the zoho microsoft 365 mail integration only allows mails to be shown from one account for the whole organization. Any other user with their own microsoft 365 accounts cannot access their emails. Moreover they cannot even see the emails presented in the primary account (the one that's working).
For example
We have 2 users and 2 m365 accounts namely 'sales' and 'accounts'.
If I connect the m365 accounts in Sales first I can see emails in sales account in the customer section.
However I cannot integrate the 'accounts' m365 account to the corresponding user account in zoho books. Moreover the emails from 'sales' cannot be viewed in the 'accounts' user even though there is an option available.
