Currently, only the hard costs that are entered as "Expenses" in Books are viewable in Projects. Hard costs that are invoiced to as entered as "Bills" and are associated/coded to a project in Books should also be viewable in Projects under the Finance tab. I have not figured out a way to enter invoices that are not through our credit card as Expenses since entering it as an Expense requires that I immediately enter where it was "paid through" and Accounts Payable is not an option.
