I use Zoho for my Grocery Store business and have linked ICICI Eazypay. I tried making test payment and it works beautifully as it automatically creates a payment entry in Zoho books too. This is exactly what i want.

The only reason customer are reluctant to use this mode of payment is that the payment page appearing on their mobile is made of PC and asks for Mobile number etc... Is there a way Zoho can remove this mandatory field and make this payment initiation page more mobile friendly. This would really solve a lot of operational problems for smaller businesses like us.
