Must be a setting that e-mails sent from the system is sent from the users e-mail addy and not the primary e-mail address of the system.
Customers are responding to the wrong e-mail address and we cannot set to automatically send emails out of books from the users e-mail. Only the Primary e-mail addy.

To refine this a bit, the "From" field on a Zoho Books email should allow a merge field, similar to the body of the email. That way a merge field that included the user's email address could be used. This would eliminate unnecessary work and streamline the process. There should at least be a choice in the settings where the "from" address is either the primary sender or the user who is creating and sending the invoice's email.
