In Zoho Books, One Estimate can be directly converted into One Invoice, which means it be confirmed as <Sales Income> in P/L
But in practically, we might meet with a situation as below
Example:
Buyer: ABC Company
Estimate 001: U.S.D 20
Estimate 002: U.S.D 80
Estimate 001 and Estimate 002 will ex-factory on same day and go same destination, ABC Company require us issue an INVOICE U.S.D 100 which convert Estimate 001 and 002 into same Invoice.
Currently Zoho Books not allow this combination.
What we do to cover this problem is we go Invoice and set up a new Invoice valued U.S.D 100, But the disadvantage is
(1) The link between Estimate and Invoice is missing.
(2) In Estimate, the value USD 20 and USD 80 shows "unconverted"
There is a risk that it be convert to invoice again
