Tasks within Project priced by different methods.
Allow tasks within a project to be billed by different methods. Example, one task is billed by a fixed price and one task is billed hourly.

It would be nice to bill out by task as sometimes the same project has multiple tasks. They all could be hourly at a different rate or fixed or a combination of the 2.
