In case you noticed that you lost a lot of possible business in the past few years in Switzerland, it is because accountancy apps in Switzerland have already implemented the Swiss QR-bill by default. This is something, Swiss clients are getting for free on top of the accountancy app. However this is not the case in Zoho Books and that's why a lot of small companies are not evaluating for Zoho Books but they go with other companies like bexio.com, klara.ch pebelive.ch and many more. Zoho Books is not worth anymore to evaluate, without implemented Swiss QR Code. I am sorry to say this, but I just want to give you an explanation why Zoho accounting software is not interesting for Swiss companies anymore. Good luck.

as mentioned before (see further down): this module is (as far as i could see) not suitable for customers which "only" have (since more than 10 years oin my case) ZOHO INVOICE.

@Hanspeter Schlapbach, there is a plugin on Zoho Marketplace to create and send Swiss QR Invoices via Zoho CRM and one Plugin for Zoho Books, depending on what you need. QR Modul will lunch a version for Zoho Books soon(Approval is pending). There you need just one QR Modul Account to use QR Modul via Zoho, via Wordpress or direct.

As far as we can see, an extension can only be built for Zoho Books, not for Zoho Invoice (yet?). You will need to side grade from Zoho Invoice to Zoho Books and then make use of the Extension QR-Rechnung for Zoho Books.

i can only speak for my part: we do not have zoho books. we just have the invoice-part of zoho. not more [https://invoice.zoho.com/]
so as i understand:
we cannot produce swiss-QR-bill (precise: a pdf-bill with attached valid Zahlteil, examples see https://www.codecrete.net/qrbill/examples) out of the box with just the invoice-part of zoho. that is, what i would like to do. otherwise this QR-related stuff (as now in module invoice) is useless for us.

@Hanspeter Schlapbach I guess the new extension provides an end to end solution to the QR-bill (QR-Rechnung): It automatically creates the Zahlteil in ZBooks and allows you to match the customer payments based on reverence# (Referenznummer) from CAMT.054. This will create customer payments automatically which can be matched provided by the CAMT.053.
On the vendor side, you can autoscan vendor bills, add them to Zoho Books as create payments to be sent to the Swiss Bank (pain.001).

guess it does not solve our swiss qr-problem. zoho invoice should create a swiss-qr-code according to its specs.

thats what we must provide to our customers as e-bill payment-able solultion

this qrmodul.ch is a private provider for qr-codes. postfinance does this also: https://www.postfinance.ch/de/support/tools-rechner/qr-generator.html

but this is not the solution needed. zoho-invoice-modul should create a swiss-qr-code from the data within the invoice.
there is obviously a setting in "voreinstellungen - rechnung" : enable and configure the QR-code ...

but for me it is not clear, how to configure this correctly, neither generates a valid qr-code

more info from zoho would be helpful...
