    Hello Zoho Books Team
    In case you noticed that you lost a lot of possible business in the past few years in Switzerland, it is because accountancy apps in Switzerland have already implemented the Swiss QR-bill by default. This is something, Swiss clients are getting for free on top of the accountancy app. However this is not the case in Zoho Books and that's why a lot of small companies are not evaluating for Zoho Books but they go with other companies like bexio.com, klara.ch pebelive.ch and many more. Zoho Books is not worth anymore to evaluate, without implemented Swiss QR Code. I am sorry to say this, but I just want to give you an explanation why Zoho accounting software is not interesting for Swiss companies anymore. Good luck.
