put optional items on estimates or allow zero quantity items on estimates for upgrades
Need a way to add an optional upgrade to an estimate. It could be a specific designation by line item or allow us to input zero for the item quantity.

A compatitive service called QUOTER can do this, why can't we have it here?

Actually, it would be great if optional items could be selected by the customer while they view the estimate online and change the total

any update?

Please add this feature asap. I don't understand why we can't have zero quantity. We very often want to propose alternative products but we don't want this to add up in the total.

I'd love to have this too. The client can input the quantity if they want to add the item and the estimate total would be adjusted and then they accept the quote. It's a super easy way to upsell your services.

Another month and Zoho still has not implemented this rather basic and easy feature. Can we please get an update on this. How hard can it be?!

This is easy to implement and is very necessary for anyone that uses your estimates module. Why is it taking more than two years to do this?!

I think its no brainer to have that function implemented!

We also want to add optional items to estimates. The system we used before Zoho had this built in and we are struggling without it.
For example if a product can be upgraded with an additional add-on or consumables we want to be able to show this as an option so it does not appear in the total. This way you can show the client what is available or recommended without putting them off with a high total price.
I would think this would be fundamental to many businesses and I am surprised it is not already a feature and so few votes for this feature in this forum.

Is there any reason why this can't be implemented quickly. It seems very simple.
