Same here - we need a consolidated view on expenses for the invoice. And it would be good to get an attachment for the invoice that shows the details of expenses plus copies of receipts
This should work as with projects where you can select at what level you want to show the expense details - one line per expense category for each expense type or all expenses rolled into a single line.
We want to consolidate multiple expenses in a single line in an invoice, not showing all expense entry.
My clients do NOT want to see the detail. The client wants one line item for expenses and one line item for labor (hours).
Every expense on a separate line is clutter - please provide ability to collapse into one line item as you do with labor hours.
This is very important. I cant show all the expenses in the invoice. I need only one total for the expenses and would be great if i can write what i want in the description.
Now i must sign the expenses as "non billable" and then to count them manually and put in the invoice.
We really need this feature - our clients do not usually want to see each meal, coffee, etc. on their invoices. This should be easy to add, correct? Thank you!
